I read an article about measuring everything you do in life, how much you study, how much you eat, how many approaches do you do etc. I wanted to remind everyone here to stay on track and go through your list of priorities of what you want to achieve and where you are at the moment, furthermore, how to get there and what measures to take.

  • Watch your WATER daily intake

This is a big one lads. I've drunk about a maximum of 4 cups of water a day, even less, and that is not enough. A gallon might be a bit much, however, do watch your daily intake of water. Here are my benefits from only 2 weeks drinking a minimum of 2-2.5 litres a day.

  1. (No sleep deprivation) I wake up refreshed. No matter what time I go to sleep when I wake, I am not tired, it's fucking weird. Even when had a big night out, drinking, I didn't have a hangover.
  2. (Increased energy throughout the day) I ran a 9.3 at a beep test 4 weeks ago. Yesterday I ran 11.2 and I was barely tired.
  3. (Better skin) This is obvious since all the toxins exit your body. This means tighter skin, pores don't look fucked, skin less oily, reduced wrinkle size.
  4. (You shit better) Ever have those hard shit where your arse hole fucking hurts? Water. Water is the bodies lubricant.

There is a way to drink water. Here is how you drink water.

  1. Drink 500ml as soon as you wake up. 250ml will go down easily. Take a shower or something, then drink another 250ml.
  2. Always have that bottle with you.
  3. Plan to drink at least 2.5 litres a day.
  4. Do not drink more than 250ml of water in 15 minutes because your body will discharge it as urine.
  5. Be conscious about drinking water.
  6. If you lift, which we all do, you can eaily reach a gallon of water a day. 1.5L of water for an 1HR-1.5HR gym session is good.
