After being on here for a month there are a few things that bother me. First is that some of these stories seem pretty far-fetched. Like someone just took a creative writing class and decided to write stories about getting laid in the craziest ways. All though I’m sure some are true, I speak from experience, and I’m sure some are not. I feel like some people here are guys who read all these books and found this forum, but sit in their dungeons writing from theory and not from experience.

I check this thread twice a day. I wake up, work out, eat breakfast and take my supplements and check this forum. After that I look at my daily planner and get shit done. Later in the evening, I sit down, open whatever book I’m reading and occasionally stroll through here between chapters.

The point I’m trying to make for you new guys is don’t be the guy that reads this, never leaves his house and posts on here. Don’t sit on your phone or computer all day dreaming about utilizing this stuff when there is a whole world out there you can experience from a few feet out your door. For those starting out, work out for that first month and feel proud in your gains. Whether it’s losing weight or building muscle, either way be proud. Take your shirt off at the pool and flaunt it. I don’t care if you’re still 20lbs over weight or look like a skeleton. Own your body guys. Own yourself and you’ll feel your confidence boost. Now I’m not ripped and I’m not fat. I’m one of those guys who is buff even though I have a stomach. One of those guys with broad shoulders and nice traps but his stomach shows of one to many beers on the weekends. But I still don’t give a fuck. I started taking of my shirt and flaunting it. I own it when we’re having our rugby team days at the pool. When you have confidence in yourself and own your body. Girls love that shit. You look like the fucking man. Girls find it attractive.

Do you, have fun and use this shit. Do it for you and you won’t regret it. Women will come later, but in the meantime focus on molding you into how you see yourself. You got your second chance at life. USE IT!

EDIT: Changed "Be yourself" to "Do you" in the last paragraph
