ill leave this one to someone with more time and possibly experience with marriage. i will say this though - ultimatums are a mistake. find ways to draw lines without coming right out and saying it. women dont respond well to direct pressure, its one way to proceed but its almost definitely not the way to get what you actually want

I was in a similar situation - it didnt end well.

realized I was the problem. Fixed things and got them under control but then lost focus and let them slip again.

This mindset isnt helpful. You are only part of the problem, dont take more responsibility than you should. Having said that, work on yourself now, anyway.

A couple of things I picked up from this situation.

she texted me "Leave me the fuck alone"

Saturday morning... She texts me apologizing for her rant... I just said "No need to apologize"

This is disrespect, not subtle, not "testing the waters (which girls will do with alpha guys they are attracted to) this is just plain disrespect.

The next morning she apologizes for it. This is not a genuine apology. This is her trying to keep you within her frame, and she's probably "sorry" in that she feels like a bad person for saying that.

Which means it is more about absolving her bad feelings than making it up to, or genuinely apologizing to you. It is behaviour she will do again, she knows how you will respond.

Really this small interaction speaks volumes, and not in a good way.

She's a little mad but I can tell she's feeling my Alphaness starting to shine through.

The sense I get from this is that you WANT her to percieve you as alpha. This is neediness. You've said yourself you're a victim of oneitis, and this is one way it shows. You are still - on some level - doting on her, and in some way she informs your sense of self worth. Neither of which are good.

I just said "I love you" almost sarcastically as she walks out the door.

This seems passive aggresive - it might seem like a display of DGAF, but you do give a fuck.... and it is showing in your mindset, and your action.

If I was giving advice, complete ghosting, give up on the relationship (in the sense of give up any expectation or hope/expectation of it working) work on yourself, fuck other women - Would be the general gist of it. There are people here FAR better positioned to advise you though, and really marriage is not something I have any experience with.

Also everything I've said is just an interpretation on the situation you've posted - I could easily be completely wrong, or made incorrect assessments.

I think seeing a lawyer and talking a strategy through with them is the best bet before you throw out any sort of ultimatum. Your wife will not need a strategy at all. The courts are built to favor her and do so with ease.

You need to figure out what you want your situation to be after marriage. Do you want your kids? How often? What do you want to walk away with financially?

There is lot to consider here. Sit down. Figure out your strategy. Then execute. Do not throw out ultimatums half cocked, balls to the wall with zero plans in place. That's acting off of emotion and laziness.

In the meantime, keep improving yourself and working on the person you want to be, instead of the beta pussy time with your wife made you.

You can and should let her go also mentally, try to get along well with her as mother of your children - obviously she isn't a bad person, otherwise you wouldn't have married her in the first place - and be a good parent for your children.

But all this without getting a red-pill-asshole - forget about thoughts like "obey" - which would start a real downward spiral in your life.

That my friend is going to be your red pill. Be grateful, you're only 33 years old, I was 50 and had 27 years of marriage in. Realize you unconsciously drove her away. Take responsibility for that. Women despise men who kiss their asses, so part of her hates your gut's. She doesn't really have a choice, anymore than attraction is a choice. So learn this lesson, or you are doomed to repeat it.
