It's also SO nonexistent that the AskWomen mods had to remove the post and censor men's perspective on how it appears to them. They're going to hurt themselves, sticking their fingers that far into their ears.

What I mostly see from the responses, however, is typical. They don't say it doesn't exist, instead they say that what some people call shit tests are just "natural situations" and a "normal parts of a relationship." Of course it seems this way to them, they're the ones doing it. This makes sense from their perspective. It's not like women conspire to come up with shit tests, they just do it naturally.

A big part of the problem is they don't understand the definition of shit test. For example

I don't purposely make up tests for my boyfriend to see if he is a good boyfriend. That's the dumbest, most immature thing in the world.

A shit test can be purposefully created, but I think the vast majority of it is just women's natural way to approach a relationship, and thus it isn't a premeditated decision by them. I propose that a woman can naturally create a shit test without having a clue that she's doing it, and she will respond to the failure or success of it without spending a second thinking about the fork in the road she just created. It'll just produce a certain reaction in her and she'll naturally feel a certain way about the outcome.

That section has bullshit rules, imo. You cannot express any honest thoughts because it hurts the feelings of oversensitive regulars. Just read their rules, then think how they use that to shut down any rational male perspective.

sehrah In the course of a normal relationship situations organically arise that tell you something about the emotional/mental fortitude of your partner.

However the idea that women knowingly orchestrate "shit tests" to trap and manipulate their partners is insulting & generalising bullshit.

I kinda agree with what this user is saying.

Many times people on TRP will state these are natural things that occur for women to help seek out partners.

Who knows how many actually consciously do it? But regardless, it still exists.

Think of it as a pop quiz, you don't know when its coming, and you're girl doesn't know either. But when it does you need to know how to react according.

The effects of these conversations will hold value in the relationship regardless of premeditation.

It is a head shaking moment when I hear that there are those that actually deny shit tests are a thing.

Once you realize when it is happening, you cannot deny the coincidence that every women you've ever met does it.

Remember boys, Shit Tests are not a bad thing! They usually mean that she is into you and wants you're reaction, or at the very least would consider you as a mate if the situation was appropriate.

Honestly, it's hard to keep répor and flirtation going without them!

Shit testing definitely exists, but women don't realize that they are doing it. When they say it doesn't exist or that it's just a natural part of the relationship, they are being honest in what they think.

The reality is that shit tests do exist. One of my biggest failures in shit tests happened a few years ago. I already failed a bunch of this girls shit tests but she didnt dump me right away because there was a lot of physical chemistry. But I kept failing her shit tests over and over again mainly because she made me drop my guard by telling me how much she loves me on our second date. This put me into nice guy beta mode right away, which you can never do with a high status (extremely attractive) woman who has many options.

Anyways to make a long story short, I wasnt getting enough sex from her, and ofcourse wasn't seeing any other women so I had no options. I posted on facebook an image showing an extremely attractive woman in a thong with the caption "a real woman doesn't let her man leave the house horny or hungry". She complained about this pic to me a couple times saying it was offensive and that I should take it down. We had sex and then after sex she said "you have a girlfriend now, you should take that pic down". Being a nice guy, I said sure (thinking to myself that we hooked up so why not...). So I took the pic down, and that was basically the last time I ever saw her.

I failed her shit test by being her bitch and taking the pic down. It wouldnt have been a big deal had I not fucked up on multiple levels by failing previous shit tests as well. Nevertheless, I learned a very important lesson here. Don't fail shit tests.

Anyone with kids knows that kids do this, too. It isn't malicious and it isn't something that is consciously considered. Kids don't even have the mental capacity to understand what they're doing. A kid will push the boundaries and giving into a kid's demands don't make the demands go away. On the contrary, the natural tendency is to push even further.

Women do this in exactly the same way. The difference is women are capable of understanding, but not many women aware enough to realize it. Some realize it, but it is in their best interest (protect the ego) to deny it.

Women are bitchy at the guys that will let them get away with it. Kids are "bad" when they're around adults that fail to set and enforce boundaries. Like kids, women yearn for clear boundaries and clear consequences. It makes for happier kids and women. They feel safe and secure at a subconscious level and that affects their conscious thoughts and behaviors.

Fuck /r/askwomen. During my BP days I would ask honest questions with no ill intent in order to make sense of my relationships with women and I've been censored by the mods and the answerers gave judgmental and shit non answers that made me feel like crap for asking. They should rename that sub to /r/askprissyassbitches

Anything linked to "well PUA's say this..." is naturally going to meet resistance from women (though, I have had conversations with women I'm close to about all the PUA insight, and they have agreed with every word).

The thing about "the game" and "PUA stuff" is that PUA's are simply explaining the mechanics, the nuts and bolts if you will, of male-female interaction. Reading all the game stuff may seem weird at first, because it's right in front of you and seems so ridiculous, but it's always there, it's just not normally spoken about so openly. Reading and analyzing every little interaction between men and women, and how to understand it and use it to your advantage, is definitely weird at first glance if you aren't a natural (or if you are a woman who refuses to acknowledge the truth of the matter).

Just because this whole community is made up of men who have been emotionally abused by women in similar ways doesn't mean this emotional abuse happens to all or even most men.

It's great that you guys found each other though. It'd be nice if you were helping each other heal, but what's actually happening is this echo chamber of hate quickly turns into indoctrination. Now you need to abuse all women because some women have abused you.
