I think JDGAF means "lose the beta". What's left won't necessarily be some belligerent tough guy. It will be YOUR natural alpha personality. It won't be just like anyone else's, but you can be confident that it will be alpha, and the women will respond and be attracted to it.
It's just that simple.

I think that most guys who try to not give a fuck in reality give quite the fuck when it comes to not giving a fuck.
Those are the die hard frame control junkies, the angry not giving a fuckers...
Someone truly not giving a fuck is unperturbable.
I am not saying that to angrily enforce boundaries is necessarily bad, it is much better than having none at all, but a secure knowledge that they cannot get to you unless you invite them in is probably even better.

The big distinction between TRP and rsd is the value they place on the interaction with women.
TRP views interacting with women as only useful if it gets what you want (laid) or puts you in a better position to get what you want. If your not getting that then it's better to spend your time improving your own life.
At rsd, their jobs revolve around seduction. They burn their relationships and interactions to the ground. They do it for the reference. They are constantly changing, adapting, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries. And the women they interact with love it. They love all of these emotions they experience with them. Sure, some of them are mushy and bullshit romanticism, but it works when they are experiencing all these other emotions too. Their focus is on improving their pick up knowledge and skills.
But for the regular guy that has a normal job and not all the time in the world to spend on getting laid. TRP's approach is better IMO.

First of all, please link the video that you're referring to for people who do not want to search through the subreddit.
Secondly, TRP rules are not set in stone.
Thirdly, Tyler is a stud and does not get emotionally invested in the sense normal people do (i.e. beta). If a girl doesn't respond back to him, he has four other girls texting him in between he sends a message to the flaker.
Moreover, his text game is also at a completely different level than the majority of the people he's advising. What this means is that he can sometimes resurrect that spark that died out during the initial few texts. Unfortunately for the majority, they get hung up on why a girl isn't responding and they're looking for [magic phrase] and that is why the basic tenet of TRP is: if they're not messaging you back/showing interest, move on.
A general rule is that people need to master the basics before they should start to colour outside of the lines. Tyler is in a different league entirely.

Do looks and hitting the gym matter? No, but if you don't have the rest of your shit together (confidence, interesting hobbies, status), it fucking does. Tyler has his shit together, so he can get away with alot more than most people.

These are the opposite of what TRP says.
TRP just tells you to not give a fuck. There's a difference in texting the girl a lot because you want her attention and want to force it, and texting her a lot because you are enjoying the conversation with no regard to the outcome if she flakes and already have her attention engaged.
Is she not answering the texts? She's just providing inane and one word replies? She tells you she'll let you know later when you try to make plans with a set date and place? Of course you next that shit.
