"A guy asked me out today and I told him "no," but I wanted him to try harder. Why didn't he try again?"

Being that Quora is a forum that is typically frequented by... well... nerds, I was expecting to see a few BP answers.

But, to my surprise, almost every answer blamed the girl for following her God-given instinct to simply shit-test the guy by saying "no."

Here's one beta-cuck:

We take NO as NO. Sorry to be harsh, but in our dictionary NO has only one meaning, REJECTION.

I bet he cries himself to sleep listening to Adele.

Here's another:

Because no means no. A good guy will take you on your word and leave you alone. Guys who don’t aren’t worth knowing.

This guy must be great at fixing computers and cleaning up unicorn poop.

Even the women were getting in on the action:

“No,” doesn’t mean “try again later.” Who taught you that? Was it your parents?

*SMH*

Anyone looking at this question from a RP lens knows the real answer: He was a punk and he failed the most basic shit-test in the world.

Listen to her actions, not her words.

If you ask a girl out ( stopaskingbitchesout ), read her body language. Is she completely disgusted by you? Yes? Okay - GTFO of wherever TF you are!

Is she staring at you? Are her feet pointed towards you? Did her eyes light up with curiosity at the thought of you pounding her until the sunrise?

If you answered yes to any of the above, and you still didn't close, then:

  • She must have been an unattractive whale, OR
  • You're a punk
