Got my gym schedule back on track after last week. M/W/F and been strengthening my legs. I tore my ACL few years ago and it never fully got back to strength so now I am strengthening it so I can start this other routine I found.
Lost 15 lbs since beginning of August.
Reading everyday.
Killing it in class.
Making friends with people in class.

Bad

Fell off the NoFap wagon AGAIN.
Eaten clean this week for the most part but could've done better.
Missed 1 class this week.

Good

Reading the 48 laws of power. Each day i read 3 of them and make notes about it and compare with the comments on the 48LP thread at the sidebar. Currently at the 17th law.
Finished reading No more Mr Nice guy.
Analyzing better my finances. Created a spreadsheet at excel to see how much i spend weekly and monthly.
Paying more attention at classes and participating more by asking questions.
Second week in nofap

Having trouble developing IDGAF attitude. What's holding me is i still care about other people opinions.
Still procastinating most of the time.
When gaming, i keep thinking on what to say. This killed my game two times and in these two times i was going well because i was just saying whatever popped into my mind.
I didn't meditate for three days.

Diet: Check 10/10; Everyday the same food, according to the plan.

Workout: Check 10/10;

Approaches: Check 7/10(no success, and several flaws, but approached);

Goals: Check 7/10 (Could have done more for my side business, but far from zero);

~4 hours reading.

The bad: too much DotA and fapped too much. But as everything else is running smoothly, fuck it I guess.

Didn't fucked anyone through, could have called a cougar but didn't feel like it. Maybe it is related to excessive masturbation.

The ugly: I got to know a childhood friend has cancer. Cried like a bitch on the day I discovered it, cried everything out during my rows and deadlifts, never had a workout so intense.

It helped me understand I was useless if I let it affect me that much, I have my place being a stone to others, not a burden. Left the gym way better.

Good : Started no fap on sunday. Cold Showers. Started to lift once again. Developing and learning on how to hold frame in different situations. Started to approach women. Meditating and visualizing daily. Picked up reading again.

Bad: Cutting out sugar from diet is proving to be quite hard. Finding my self quite de hydrated most of the time. Approaching women in very basic terms (I guess i have to start somewhere).

Just came back from a 3 week vacation, and I'm finding it hard to go back to the routine I had. I'm eating like crap, and haven't been to the gym since I came back two weeks ago. (total 5 week absence from the gym).

joining a gym, starting a cardio routine : / tightening up diet more, reading The Rational Male. getting out & rubbing elbows more, greeting & socializing with anyone & everyone.

Taking it a step at a time & understanding that there is no shortcut, and that working on my issues inside & out will attract women naturally, versus chasing slit being the primary drive. one day at a time.

Let me start by saying, this is my first post/interaction on a PUA forum since... 2009 ish.

What have I done since then you may ask?

get laid
Study Evolutionary Psychology with Gordon Gallup JR. (look this fucker up)
get my heartbroken (why date feminists when they're just mini princesses)
graduate college
get into grad school
drop out of grad school
get a good paying job
quite good paying job cuz toxic and unfulfilling
Get job as janitor
quit job as janitor, cuz janitor... I have a college degree ffs
almost get thrown in jail
become addicted to DOTA 2 and pot
lose weight
get thrown in jail (don't sell pot on craigslist)
lose friends (they were haters anyway)
become suicidal

and then one day I said enough was enough.

since then I have:

gone back to grad school
got laid
had a sexual rotation of about 3 females on a weekly basis (tinder + college campus) for about 3 months.
landed a well paying job last week ( i start October 2), that on the surface looks to be fulfilling (though I'll be dealing with black feminists and I'm a poor white male; this should be interesting)
Put on weight (I'm 5"9 165 pounds), though I am muscular (5x5s are amazing, but you also need to do 3 x 10s)I have developed a bit of a gut
started taking lithium to help me stop feeling such intense emotions
started working on DBT so that I can try to have a healthier balanced outlook, as opposed to all or nothing type thinking.

What are my goals for next week?

Eat clean and stop spending money on takeout
stop picking at my pimples (i got a few cuz of bad eating, and I'm too old for this shit)
work on holding womens gazes, start with average women and work my way up to 10s. Goal is to make a total of 14 women hold my gaze.
start jogging again
go to an open mic so I can rant about society and make social conjecture
find places to socialize doing things I enjoy(how else am I going to demonstrate high value if I have no social circle to reassure women that I'm "normal")
continue to work on DBT so that I can react more logically and less emotionally (I can't help it my parents were artists)
continue my gym routine, the semester started and it's been a bit difficult to manage my time (school>gym, finance>fitness). But I found a routine now so it'll work out as long as I'm committed.
start reading more pua stuff, as I feel like my game has regressed.

I currently do not have any fails to mention as it's week 1 for me.

But can I get a high five?

Got my place back to OCD level clean, got caught up on homework. Good, obviously. Lots of running and lifting too.

I'm on campus to hide from student loan interest, extend my mathematics/finance skills whilst expensing the class to work, and be around younger women.

Shots don't get lined up better than last night. She was very interested, no doubt, at the (literal) college bar, she left before me and I have myself convinced she was mildly annoyed I didn't make a move. She kept up the convo when it waned, asked questions, and at the end asked my name, hope to see you again........ugh, IOI's don't get any clearer than that.

My SMV is pretty fucking high right now. I've been lifting and grooming and have a perfectly situated well appointed apartment. I'm also smart as hell, have a great job and fun hobbies.

Uttering the words "Would you like to join me for a nightcap" would not end the world. Stupid. Punching myself in the balls right now. 45 year old dudes rarely have shots like that with 25ish old college girls.

Currently struggling with low energy, trying to fix that. Started lifting again two weeks ago, regaining my shape. Need to expand my social circle further, it's a pain in the ass, on NoFap, On Vitamin B treatment, going to take some supplements to get my energy back. Any advice is welcome.

The Good: Finally, after almost a year I have created an account. I hung out with my best friends and we vision casted ourselves living in a very nice part of town. Pulled a few contacts through work and found myself being incredibly forward with a guest I work with (Pulled her snapchat we are linking up today during a concert.) Spent a lot of time reflecting.

The Bad: I spent too much time bsing online. Went outside of my monthly budget while having fun. Realized that when I like a woman I develop oneitis instantly but also realized that TRP equipped me with combating it mostly with reality checks and downplaying her beauty's effect on me. Havent been able to re-establish a workout routine since after August. Eating/Sleeping is also off track. My life has no direction at the moment past my next financial goal..... I need help focusing.

The ugly: I found a lot of my personality is derived from trying to keep people happy around me.... I am always constantly trying to make people laugh either by being a jokester or the butt of a joke. It is becoming more and more apparent to me that I am either in a circle of people who value what I say or a circle where what I say carries no weight and I am quite disgusted with the latter.

I also had to confront the fact that reading the basics of TRP and cherry picking them is not the best way to swallow the pill. I must swallow a holistic red pill of a strong dose that is sufficient in culling my weakness; and develop a stronger sense of my own identity that isn't reliant on external forces justifying me.

What to improve on: My Lifestyle (Diet,Work,Sleep,Lifting,Socializing,Etc.) must align itself with the aspect of me who is hungry for growth and improvement without becoming discouraged with how quickly I will change and become a new man and not hate the "new" version of myself I see in the mirror. To start listening more and speaking less. And to find some more clarity in all that I do.

Managing to get my worries under control about starting university, all of them are irrational, self esteem is Michael Caine from Zulu. It's a new start though, with a full day of meeting new people etc., so I'm getting the occasional wobbly feeling.

Going to try and ignore the girls in favour of forming a squadron of lads in the early days, although I won't go full retard and blank them if they approach me. Haven't trained in months now, but the college gym is excellent, so will work on getting the old regime back in full swing ASAP, pulling big boy deadlifts.

Been hoovering up fine literature like a lunatic lately, finished The Iliad, theres something about Diomedes taking arrows to the chest, getting blessed by Athena, and continuing to waste Trojans that is exceedingly high energy. Currently reading Mein Kampf, early stages yet, but it's as enlightening as I expected.

Goals are to exude power and majesty in my first days of uni, while applying myself 100% to studies, and simply enjoy these days, pregnant with potential for friendship and knowledge.

When I joined a gym a couple of months ago, I was living a really inactive lifestyle and basically flunked the fitness exam that my personal trainer gave me. The test involved taking yourself to the limit in order to figure out a good starting point for workout routines. I couldn't get through it without nearly vomiting or passing out. Needless to say, I logged some real "couch potato" numbers that day.

But after working out for a while, I went back recently and my trainer actually used the word "flabbergasted" to describe his reaction to my physical progress. I beat my previous planking time by more than a minute and actually got through all of the other exercises with proper form and everything. It feels so damn good to know that I'm making a positive transformation.

Got my mental health in order. On some meds for ADHD, anxiety/depression and bipolar.

Build up a plan for improving my life. Been lifting on and off for 1.25 years. Didn't have the discipline to stick with a routine for long. Past 8 weeks have been good though as I have stuck with buff dudes 9 week program from bb.com. starting 5/3/1 building a monolith from today onwards. Paired with HIIT 3x week. Diet will be mostly clean. Chicken/eggs/vegetable juices(D&P). And fruits. Carbs from oatmeal/bran bread. Going to be eating at maintenance. Hoping to recomp. Currently 160 lbs 5'9 at 13-14% body fat. Have blurry abs and that v . It seems girls prefer leanness over size at this age(18)But I can't go through the hassle of cutting again. Hoping to make some strength gains as well.

Reading 30 minutes daily. Currently on TRP handbook and internalising some TRP truths. Taking some self-improvement advice from it. It seems hard to let go of BP delusions of living happily ever after. But in the end it will be better for my mental health if I accept RP truths and work the system rather than deluding myself. Self-improvemrnt is awesome though. It's addicting. At first it's hard but then you learn from your mistakes and grow. And the end is awesome.

Meditating 10m daily. For Inner piece. For mental health gains. If I meditate. The rest of my day is more productive. I waste less time.

Journalljng 10m daily. It helps to jot down whatever I'm thinking. Helps clear my mind and let's me work through my problems rationally.

Talking to strangers - (5-10) people for 30-60s. Well, this I'm going to start doing so I can raise my social SMV. I've been a loner/loser/had low social status/didn't socialise much as a child. So It's taking time to change. But It'll be worth it in the end.

School - used to be a straight A student .grades have declined to C's right now. Plan on taking extra time to cover up stuff I missed out on cause of mental health issues the past 2 years. Plan on acing my tests next month. Main priority is school right now and getting into a good university on scholarship. Plan on going CS/Finance/Math route.

Other hobbies I plan on picking up are guitar, MMA, football. Going to start watching stand-up comedy in order to work on my sense of humour.

My physical SMV right now allows me to fuck around with cutish girls. Which I'm going to focus on.

Realized/understood and protected my "field of reality". I used to be nice to people, whom I know fairly little. I mean little as in 2-3 good first impressions.

Here: First impressions mean fake and good. And by nice I mean civilized.

I am myself fairly civilized but I am fun too. I realized that the more I meet people and be civilized around them I didn't really keep them that much. They either not connect with me or have already judged me somewhat negatively. Or later they base their judgement as to who they are themselves.

Here, I am mostly taking about people who portray to be polite, religious and well mannered. No one is really well mannered. And everyone actually has their own grudges and double-faces. In other words their "field of reality".

When I was with people I would mold myself to their field of reality. This time I did the opposite. Two other men with me were walking .I knew one of them as an acquaintance and the other one I just met on the bus and we were chit chating and walking towards the library.

There I saw a skinny girl and I passed the comment does she have T.B disease. My acquaintance didn't respond I asked him again and he answered that he did see her passing by.

As I write this I am feeling emancipated. I am a fun guy and I want to be surrounded by fun people who overlap my "field of reality" and if we not overlap then they bend to my "field of reality".

I am thankful to TRP for my emancipation. Emancipation from being guilty for a crime I committed that never existed. Those crimes existed in other peoples' "fields of realities".

Next stop is to learn to shit taste other people to see if they overlap my "field of reality" or they bend to it.

at school, everybody puts their phone at a closet and locks them, someone from class takes them and put them on a desk when school ends, the girl who usually take the phones put them on the desk, just took her and mine phone and gave my phone to me and smiled

Finally gotten the hang of calculus. All self taught, baby.

I've got a fuck buddy at the moment. We used to know each other from primary school. Back then, I was as broken as a kid could get. Everyone, including the teachers at the many schools I went to and even my mum told me I was a retard who wouldn't amount to much. Her opinion of me back then wasn't any different. I'm pretty sure she once told me I was a nice guy and that it was a such a shame I had Down's Syndrome. Ever the ladies' man in my formative years. But nowadays? She can't stop talking about how much I've changed since the last ten years. It's cute.

Bad:

I'm gonna have to get a total knee reconstruction. I've been putting it off due to health costs, but goddamn did I do a real number on my leg. Just to clarify, I fell out of a tree at least five metres in the air (around 16 feet) and landed leg-first, hyperextending the knee and breaking my ankle in the process.

Also, I've still got no social circle of people my age (late teens to early twenties). My plan was to get a job at a place where people my age work (restaurants, retail, etc.) but thanks to my leg, I'm gonna have to put it off until I go to Uni. I was also gonna try and join a sports team (local Aussie Rules), but again, leg.
