First things first: From now on "Sarah" will be called Digits. I accidently called her Sarah the other day, and thankfully she has a friend named Sarah so I got to play it off that way. I gave her the nickname Digits due to one night noticing her digit ratio and then telling her a lot about herself just based on that fact. She was shocked "All your sexist bullshit, suddenly it makes sense!" Next time I saw her she was excitedly telling me about how she checked the digit ratio of the women she works with and how it was quite telling how the ratios and behaviors lined up.

Anyways, I wanna start with the backstory: Digits was over last night and had a slight upset stomach. She asked me if I had any stomach stuff. I was thinking pepto so I said no. She asked me about the stuff I found last time she had an upset stomach (Gaviscon) and so I said that I still had some of that. She took some and it seemed to work for around an hour... When I grabbed some leftovers to eat and offered her a bite, the idea of eating caused her to queeze again. After I finished what I was eating I grabbed some tums and offered them to her. She declined. This exchange sets up what happened later...

Few hours later while we're snuggling in bed Digits was telling me about how she saw a dead owl on the side of the road the day before. She's very much a nature lover, so that upset her. She said she needed extra kisses tonight because of it. "Well you should ask for more smooches then." She was stunned for a second and didn't reply. I knew it was a test to see if I would give her something she suggested she wanted without her having to ask for it. In her silence, I changed the topic to something else, and we talked about that for around 5 minutes.

And then I just bust out: "Did you think I was just going to give in because you suggested it? That I wasn't going to have you ask?"

"Well I was kinda hoping."

"And what do you think of guys who just give you what you suggest you might want?"

She pauses for a second "You're right. I see them as weak. I see them as guys trying to prove themselves to me."

I smirked at her and kissed her on the nose, "Exactly. (pause) So are you going to ask?"

She gave me her happy giggle and started smooching me. "I think I'll take a page from your book. Are you going to stop me?" (This goes back to one of my sayings: It's not who's going to let me. It's who's going to stop me.)

I smooched her back and let her have the victory. It was worth it to reward her introspection.
