So... I've got a tech job where I average 14 hours a week of overtime, kind of unpredictable. I pull down $70K per year. I have a live-in female. She does every single domestic chore except for dishes. She works solid 12-16 hour days, seven days a week setting up an online business. The business is making $1K per month right now, but I'm suspecting in the next year it'll be making her $40-80K. Probably start making good money this fall. She's got real sales, I see the receipts and the bank accounts. I enjoy her companionship when we're not both working. She is more rational than any woman I've ever talked to before; she realizes why she does what she does, and the bullshit here is pretty damned minor. So, is it sensible for me to be doing the dishes?
