In terms of personality, being fun is one of the main things. Another way you could look at it is: most of the assholes on TRP aren't going to read something longer than this with much attention, the same won't appreciate the effort it takes to make something more complex, then most of the comments will be jerks just saying shit like she's not yours, it's just your turn and getting upvoted, and then the subsequent readers won't read comments past that pablum, and it's all just wasted effort.
