Most critical thinkers always overestimate how much there is to achieve, the smartest always underestimate their own competence, the best athletes are always looking for the next challenge. No matter how far ahead you might be there is always something to do. I once believed that wealthy people can retire and just enjoy life, but once I meddled in these circles I realized that they are not happy because they are wealthy but instead because they double or multiply their wealth or have ongoing projects (new businesses or partnerships, expanding their business or creating non-profits, etc.)

A lot of times most AFC's are discontent with the cards they were given in life, or think they are too far behind because of the opportunities or potential they've squandered. Having to catch up creates a sense of urgency that finally ends in fleeting motivation and unconditioned habits.

I have tried and failed multiple times to lead a RP life since I discovered TRP. Old habits die hard. The creation of this account (about 3 years ago) marks the realization I had that there is always something else to be done. This post is important so I can articulate my thoughts into something I can revisit for self-accountability. Without self-accountability there is no discipline for when we delve back into old vices (laziness, losing frame, indulging too much into distractions) we will lose time when we are derailed off our tracks.

When this happens, energy is lost, time wasted and attention vapid. How to move quickly without burning yourself out? This is why there is so much priority placed on lifting, you will manage your energy appropriately, dedicate your time to yourself, focus your attention on your form. These are all things that can be used in favour of your day-to-day life.

For exmaple, have more energy when speaking with your boss or potential clients, spend your time on things that provide real results and dedicate your attention on those things and people that truly deserve or need it. For all of the aforementioned things are limited, and today's world is designed to drain you from these valuable resources in the shape of work and entertainment. The RP man has created an ecosystem where things are working FOR him. An assistant is a great example of this (handles calls, schedules meetings, deals with clients - all things that take up your attention and time which is all energy.)

Energy is wasted on decision making, which is why your system must save as much energy as possible. Reducing clutter in your house will allow you to have a cleaner mind with less distraction. Reducing your commute time will allow you to get an extra half hour in your mornings which can be used to meditate or add time to your exercise. Reducing your time spent on entertainment will allow you to focus more on the important things that directly affect you.

The most notable thing I've observed from wealthy high-achievers is that they are always positive, always carry an air of tranquility because they are confident in their decisions of where they spend their time and energy. Their attention is undivided and required in their companies and families, they are concentrated. They are not sour grapes, they have a clear understanding of how the world works and will not waste energy hating on people or giving out unwanted advice. They will talk about world problems from a safe point of view and it is not nice to see such wealthy and powerful people have such disregard for societies troubles. It is up to us to form ourselves into exemplary men to take advantage of what is given to us and provide even more value to those who value what is given to them. I personally believe that the wealthy have lost their vision they had for the world and have since preoccupied themselves with their personal wellbeing. It is a shame that such powerful people with great minds can discuss politics and society but distance their emotions from it to the point where even if they could make an impact they are indifferent to this. A pyrrhic victory, selfish in the most capitalistic sense.

The Red Pill might have awaken you to the problems we are faced with. We can either be defeatist and have a grim outlook on life or we can accept it and move forward with power. Whether you decide to change the world as you see fit is up to you but in any case there must be a focus on establishing relationships with people and objects that allow us to harness our might and empower us.

Man's value has been leashed by corporations. Your value as a man now lies in which car you drive and where you live, what you do for a living and how much money is in your bank account. Society is victim of marketing and advertising, higher salaries leads to higher expenditure, higher expenditure leads to more credit debt and so forth. This is the game we must play, and we can get so caught up in it that we sometimes forget and sometimes attack liberal ideology. The truth is, society is built on men who wanted its citizens to live fulfilling lives with peace and health. Tranquility is here with us, we are at war with those who control and brainwash. We must serve ourselves to serve others, the liberal agenda has us enslaved us thinking that we can protest with thought alone, little action is done and participation is none. The best way to change the world is to change yourself, the more you stop listening to what people say and start listening to yourself is the day you will find inner peace in line with your ethics and moral code.

Thinking positively is important in order for you to channel your energy appropriately without stress. To help this there is;

**Meditation:** By now, you should know the benefits of meditation and why this can help you solidify your frame and character. The distancing of emotion is good for yourself, where your actions are logical instead emotional.

**Exercise:** Lifting weights is important for your nutrition, posture, mental health and of course sex appeal. Without exercise there is no commitment to yourself.

The connection between body and mind is undeniable, the scientific nomenclature would be *psycho-physiological.* It's been scientifically proven that exercise as well as meditation are great treatments for depression, these two coupled together will form a balance between body and mind.

I view a productive and successful man as someone who has mastered his habit and has chosen his daily habits in order to create a system where these routines work for him. It is up to you to place yourself in an environment where you are facilitated choice without fatiguing yourself with distractions or vices. Facilitating good choices is essential so you have available options and don't have to struggle with decision fatigue. You are what you do, anything anyone else tells you is a lie. You might disagree with what you do, or you might have lost your passion in what you do or you simply don't do anything. Habits and routines are what will form you as a person, they are who you identify yourself. Ownership of your own self encompasses your victories, failures, job title, doubts, motivations, status, looks, education, experience; all things that make life so complex and interesting. Where you are in your day to day is what you will define yourself as, so make your environment work for you instead of hindering you wasting you time and energy.

So far, nothing new has been said. Here is where my post differs from the rest.

I stress the importance of thinking positively and channeling motivation. People who say "fuck motivation, it's all about discipline are not wrong; however they are severely discrediting the importance of motivation. Forcing yourself to do things that you don't really feel like doing but must do because it's for your good is not very fun. Once it's done it feels good but the initial hurdle to get into the flow is what's most complicated. It's much like how we actively avoid to do taxes or clean the windows, we must take ownership in what's to be done in your life because if we don't do it now, we will later be tired and won't get it done appropriately; wasting our previous energy with the limited we have. In order to be disciplined in something we must choose what we will be doing, then we will treat the motivation as input.

Neuroscientists have concluded that the best way to life a full life is to constantly make new experiences and form new neural connections. This can be done by traveling, studying different things, trying new foods or activities, etc. This only can be achieved by stepping out of our environment and our set of habits that allow us to maintain a certain level of routine.

Now how do we shift ourselves away from that mindset? We must embrace positive thought. This is usually done at higher subconscious levels, much like frame and character it will take some time for you to internalize this.

Be realistic, have high hopes and low expectations. Negativity is toxic, and cannot be confused with being realistic. The best way to change this is much like how you would change the phrasing for a girl to be invited over to your place. You must establish the importance of why you are doing a certain thing and phrase it positively not only for yourself but for others.

Smile at things you find worthy of smiling to. Simple as that. Stop listening to people and listen to your feelings. Control them and you will control people's effects on your mindset.

Persistence to rethink the intrusive thoughts will be needed. Reshaping negativity to your benefit can be done by non-judgemental observations instead of reframing them to suit your current mood.

Affirm yourself. That you are capable, that your past experiences may have led you to who and where you are now but that you can form new ones that will allow you to progress into your idea of what you can and should be. Because you will be doing this sooner or later, might as well start now.

Channel your energy. Take energy from people who you like, give energy out to people who you like. As pseudo-science as this is, there is scientific research that says that our mood and stress-limits are affected by our environment which is why it is so important to surround yourself with good people and your home with positivity.

Thinking positively has its downsides, too much of it can blind you to the truth. Conquer your mind so it can be your friend, if you fail to do so it will be your worst of enemies.

Visualize the process, trust yourself. Have patience, there is so much to be done.
