I'm with you; the TRP trick is to do all this stuff but make it seem like you don't care about any of it and never do it.

Ever hear that a woman never reveals her age/weight? A TRP man gives plenty of fucks but acts as though he gives none.

45 here and I am often told I look early 30s. Some is genetics, some is how I act, and some is having worked nights most my adult life. Just now starting to show my age, but have had gray hair for a while now. Gray works in our favor, looking old and having no gray at all comes off as creepy or try hard. So don't worry about that color change.

Eyebrows is a good topic. No idea about its effect, but caterpillars on your face are off putting to more than women. Its a small detail that is noticeable when someone shaves them off or could braid them. You should have two eyebrows, not one, one is creepy to everyone.

Do I man scape my face and use products to make my skin soft? No, not really. Be aware of it but not obsessed, and stay out of tanning beds. Look at a very tan 40 year old woman and she looks like a leather handbag. Don't be like her.

Opposite end of spectrum for body fat here. I have to actively try to maintain a higher body fat due to the intense exercise I get on a daily basis and how little I am used to eating (10 years of wrestling all year round)

The last time I measured my body fat using multiple tests conducted by me and athletic trainers, I was at roughly 3-4% body fat. This is very unhealthy for long term maintenance, and I would always get comments on how veiny I was.

"Hana what the hell PlantNutrient, look at the veins on your forearm."

I was not really skinny, as I've been lifting most of my life, but I feel like this is something a lot of thin guys coming to TRP need to take into account. If you are trying to become attractive, your fragile stick arms aren't cutting it. Get some meat on you, and some muscle as well

If you base your game and your attractiveness on looks you're playing a womans game.

Look and dress good for YOU if that's what you want. Doing it for women is just supplication.

Stop worrying about SMV and work on actual value and valuing yourself no matter what. YOU have value regardless of looks, condition, money, etc.

Fat ugly ass pimps run harems of women. Dudes with disfiguring scars or crippling injuries have game because they value themselves.

Don't become a woman to get them.

Climb mountains, ride motorcycles, sail boats, build shit , shoot guns, and look good dong all of it but that's just because that's who you are not because that was your primary mission

I am white, but I have some vitilgo on my face (and hands and some other hidden places). It's not really notable if you aren't close. But I am not sure, is it even unattractive at all? I kinda like it, it's pretty symmetrical and it's only around my mouth and beneath it. But I'm a little bit insecure because I don't know how others perceive it.

Should I use make-up for it? I know it sounds kinda 'gay', but it's not like anyone would notice.

Being groomed is a sign of good mental health. Having a good skin and good hair implies being in a good health state overall. Taking care of your facial hair in the right way can help with making it look more symmetrical.

All these - including working out - ultimately lead to implying that you've got good genes which will of course raise your overall chances to find a possible mating partner.

You are correct in that analogy. I witness this daily in my interactions with women. I can get away with anything I want at work with a woman manager, but a male manager, not so much.

As for the rest of the tips, you are spot on. I highly recommend guys, wash their face daily. If you have acne like me, get some medications to control it, get into a healthy habit of doing it daily and within a year you will see a huge change. Also, brush and whiten your teeth. They don't have to be straight, but they should be white.

Great post. A lot of guys on here say that the above isn't really "manly," but in my experience, every girl wants "Brad Pitt," so I ask myself all the time, what would Mr.Pitt do? It seems to be working really well since I get objectively really hot girls in the HB8-9 range (no such thing as a 10).

Example:

Eyebrows. I never actually really learned how to groom eyebrows and it was always a thing of anxiety for me. They weren't even, I and I knew facial symmetry is a huge factor in perceived attractiveness.

So what did I do? I did what Mr. Pitt would have done even though it felt like the most unmanly thing ever. I went to a professional. Now, I feel way better, and i know I look 100 times better even though the change is so subtle. Eyebrows are super important believe it or not, and is a must.

Some tips if you follow my advice: go to a professional, but do not get a woman. Get a man. I once tried to fix this issue before and went to a salon, and the woman did a good job...for a woman. This last time, I found a guy, and he knew exactly what to do to keep me masculine while looking great.

Lifting: this is repeated over and over again, but you must lift. You're not a man in my eyes if you don't lift, and men are attractive.

Skin Care: I have clear skin, but I have these super dots on my nose called fibrus papules. They're barely noticeable, but they're there. They're easily removable with cosmetic laser dermatology. What would Brad do? Fuck it, I'm paying the 100 bucks to get them removed. Why not? It will make me feel more confident even though they haven't stopped me from getting action, and I know I will look even better even though its barely noticeable. Its all about symmetry. Try and achieve the highest degree of symmetry that you can. It will work wonders for your look.

Skin tone: its important. It is statiscially stated that women find people with a darker, more olive skin tone more attractive. Don't go out and tan like a douche (or maybe if you really don't care), but go do something that gives you a nice tan. I use tennis as my excuse because high quality girls play tennis (in my opinion), its fun, and it will get your skin looking Brad Pit Tan quality.

Acne: I have no acne basically because i took accutane from the time I was between 14-16. Never had acne again. Do yourself a favor if you hate acne and have some, go get accutane. Nothing works as well or as permanently.

Good read man. I wish we had more of this on TRP, because its a big part of starting plate spinning.

All these things that you mentioned a great advice, but looking good is only a tiny part of increasing your SMV (for men that is).

Working on your speech, tone, body language, surrounding yourself with positivity and great people who bring you up, increasing your monetary worth, increasing confidence through achievements and goals are far more important than just looking good.

Women have to be seduced mentally BEFORE they can be seduced physically, remember that.

Hold up. Eyebrows?!? Frankly, that's nonsense. As far as physical appearance goes, you're expected to do the best with what you've got.

By far, women are attracted to the BEHAVIOR of men. The behavior they are attracted too are traits that have been evolutionary beneficial. This is due to the fact men have been to deciding factor on who lives and dies the last 10,000 years.

So, ultimately, the appearance doesn't matter as much as the behavior. I propose the only reason appearance is even a factor in women's judgement is due to the fact of marketing and testosterone development in masculine features.

I wear moisturizer on my face every day after a shower. I think I have nice skin, and being a non-drinker helps too IMHO. Luckily I have muscles and a low bf % and I agree with the facial structure..my jaw etc.. is much more chiseled now then it was when I was 18% bf. I love it.

For example, I would rank myself 7.25. I could fuck a 5 in the ass with only taking her to mc donalds if I wanted. However, if another guy that was a 5 tried to pull that off he would be rejected. Girls rarely fuck "below them" I have gotten with girls above me in attractiveness however that was mainly because they were drawn to my personality or had a "thing" for Indian dudes.

Something else to consider is the bar for women is always rising. You could have an 8 that has been treated like shit by guys for years. Guys who don't do shit for her. Just cause she is an 8 doesn't mean she does nasty shit or is a freak. Maybe she has never been given many compliments, or had someone. Maybe one guy does something nice for her, out of the ordinary for her. She will be smitten with him. The next guy steps it up a touch, and holds her hand, or goes out of his way to make sure she is sexually satisfied. Each time that happens, she is going to let herself open up more for that individual because he set a new bar for her in men. So maybe she didn't take it in the ass with assholes #1-5, but guy #6 who did a couple decent things for her and made her cum hard...well he gets into door #2. Just another way to think about it
