Enjoy their charity, maintain frame, and find another job. They're just sweetening the pot so you will feel guilty if you leave them.
I'm curious to know their ages, though. I'm betting somewhere between 28-36?

23-31. I’m definitely enjoying the time off and the attention. I’ve been able to actually focus on improving my life without having to worry about work interfering. It’s been nice and I just got my last paycheck which was way more than I thought so I might ride it out a little longer.
“Sweetening the pot so I don’t leave” I don’t think anyone could’ve put it in better words to describe beta behavior. If you have confidence in the goods you are offering why would you need to sweeten the pot? I really hope someone on the fence reads that and it helps push them over the fence and down the rabbit hole.

Which is exactly the way it should be in a natural state of things. Men should be alpha and lead, and women should be beta and follow and nurture.
I also believe that both genders benefit from this. Aren't your plates happier, now that they have a definite purpose (which is it gain your commitment or at least not lose you) and means to this end (to please you and use their charms)?

I don’t know about happier but they have definitely seemed to change a bit. One of them did tell me she enjoys taking care of me and likes it.

It's not wrong and it's fine to be selfish.
Every man has the world stacked against him. If you can win, then win. You owe the world, and especially women, absolutely nothing.
If you still feel bad, then agree with yourself that you'll stop doing it when it becomes illegal for women to lead men on and exploit them.
Until then - keep on enjoying it. Every one of the women treating you well now has received more than she'll ever give from other men, and will do so even more in the future.

this kind of thing happens if you're 100% AF and 0% BB provider (assuming high SMV, etc). it's not exactly the same thing as when a beta dude consciously does it to try to win over a girl, i think it's more like you are triggering very deep feminine almost maternal instincts. they really do like you, and they want to take care of you. they know you're not weak, but being broke and unemployed gives them a way to supplement your masculinity with their natural feminity in a way that they don't get to use a lot in the modern world.
it's one of the reasons why IMHO the guys trying to be "alpha bucks" and making a lot of money are focusing on the wrong thing. get fat stacks for yourself and to improve the quality of your life but don't do it to impress women because they will just start seeing you as a provider.

Parallels notwithstanding, I think it's conceptually misleading to describe this as "beta behaviour", since this would specifically refer to men utilizing a particular form of mating strategy in relation to women.
Unless, as I believe is probably close to the truth, the behaviour can be adequately explained by common human sympathy for your situation and assumed plight - my friends, both male and female, have on occasion prompted to share their resources with me when they've perceived me as under duress - assuming RP terminology, wouldn't it be more accurate to simply describe it as an intensified endeavor by the women in question to secure commitment from you?

I don’t disagree with your response. I’ll touch on a related point.
Something like 80% of the adult population has or has had a form of hpv. Until the vaccines start making progress through the young adults then this trend will continue. For men it’s mainly a skin condition. It’s the women it potentially seriously hurts with cancer.
It’s a numbers game. You fuck a lot of different women and statistically you’re gonna end up with hpv. Condoms aren’t effective for stopping hpv transmission for the uncovered areas in your groin.
