This post is a way for me to give back to the community and the sub-reddit. If this gets a mainly positive response, I will consider devoting more time to sharing thoughts.

A little background: I never was a BB dude nor was I super alpha, definitely somewhere in the middle like I imagine most of you guys are. I have been reading then subsequently practicing TRP for probably 3-4 months.

The main thing I want to communicate is that by practicing TRP, you will undoubtedly become a more confident and successful man. While I don’t prescribe to EVERY “truth” the populous may decree, I wanted to share a couple really big ideas that have helped transform me into the man I am today.

Lifting

This is crucial. This is non-negotiable. I feel like people underestimate the value that this brings to the tablet. Once you are consistent about this, not only will you look and feel better than you ever have. When you are in great shape, you will be more mentally confident and assertive in your life. Not to mention the response you will get from women, during both courtship and in the bed. You’re sexual ability will sky rocket as well, and we all know how important it is to lay good pipe to keep women coming back.

One last note, if you eat like shit, you are wasting your time and throwing all your hard work down the drain. Eating clean is crucial, abs are made in the kitchen.

AWALT

This is an idea that took me sometime to get my head around, but then I did. Once you internalize this idea. You’ll find yourself pining over girls a lot less. No more oneitis. Girls become more expendable with this realization. If you realize you don’t like the girl you are seeing, or maybe she decides she doesn’t like you, you’ll just find another one, no big deal.

Frame // Communication with Others

Being conscious of frame or the idea of frame is very important. This is one of those ‘fake it, till you make it things’. Soon it will become a part of who you are.

Foundations of Sexual Strategy

I think being well-read on the foundations of sexual strategy is important. Obviously experience is the best teacher, but when you are armed with the knowledge of seduction, you will have a better understand of how to progress any interaction towards your intended direction.
