Ahhhh the daily "wake up early" thread.

Getting up at 7am is sleeping in, not waking up early.

Bro, Fuck You
I have to get up at 0515 every day.
Sleeping in on the weekends means making it to 0630 before the mind turns on & I'm ready to seize the day.
though I do maximize my days because of this.
We all have 24 hours, are you going to spend those extra 3-5 sleeping or grinding?

LOL must be so difficult waking up at 7 am that one time for a haircut, poor you.
My guess is you're a college kid or unemployed with no concept of time. Many of us wake up at 5 or 6am for work every day because if we don't, we won't have a roof over our heads.

Lol poor me? I actually work on my own schedule. Not all advice is for everyone, different circumstances. It may not be a problem for you, but it could be for guys like me, those in college, or the unemployed.

I see this same post nearly daily, if not weekly, on this sub. Posts from much more respectable users with a proven track record rather than someone who thinks its a great accomplishment to wake up early for a haircut that one time. Come on man at least advocate working out early or something in line with Red Pill philosophy, not advocating for a damn haircut.

These kids lol. I wake up at 5 just to barely make it to work. I used to wake up at 4. Been doing this for a while so I naturally wake up at around 6 even on my days off. About being lethargic it's true. I used to be a stoner and sleep in all the time. I would sleep in until 11-12 and was always late to everything anyway.

Is this because of our internal clock? Why does our body like it so much

Hahaha nice thread idea, but how is waking up at 7 early?
[–]Toussant0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
And I thought 9:30 was early...
The key is to be able to fall asleep earlier. Easier said than done for me.

Reading the comments. Well many people here are sure hard working and may already be waking up really early.
Appreciate the change you made , keep building on it. Don't indulge in the one-up-ing game , If you feel 7 am is a good time for you to get up and feel good about the whole day , Do it!.
If you don't feel it , get up even earlier and see how it works out for you. But keep experimenting and improving.
