Summary: My current understanding is that women find strength and size physically attractive in the form of muscle, height, fat and age (ie. bigger age).

Because as men we find youth, fertility, and looks the most important aspects in assessing a new mate, often we can assume that women find the same thing attractive. Men can sometimes hate on themselves because they have an ugly face, or because they are fat, or because they are over 30. They assume that women will care about these things because we do. However this is not the case.

Women don't care if you are fat, or if your face is fucked up, or if you are starting to look old. Because they are looking for other things. They are looking for strength and size only when it comes to physical attractiveness. If you don't have height, then you can build muscle/fat to have presence - or even buy shoes with hidden platforms.

[Obviously health & symmetrical features are also a component (for example no rotting teeth) but I left those out because it's common across both genders, and subservient to strength and size in the sphere of physical attractiveness]

Ways to use in practice: When you first see a girl that you want to approach, make yourself as big as possible. If you have a little bit of fat - DO NOT suck it in. Stand up tall, open yourself up and let you belly make you even bigger.

You can apply this concept to your personality, speech, and social network too. Make yourself strong and large. Make your presence known.

If you are short find some shoes with hidden platforms in the bottom and wear them out to make yourself taller.

This post was inspired by some posts I've seen recently suggesting that it is important that men 'look good physically'. I thought it prudent to specify exactly what 'looking good physically' to a woman means, and different ways to achieve it. It is often assumed that lifting weights is the only way to achieve sexy size to a woman, but height and fatness will provide the same feels for her. The core aspect is size and manliness. Women don't want a young guy who is slim with a pretty face!
