A recent conversation with old female friend of mine got me thinking again about a specific part of their nature. She is currently dating (I'm pretty sure she's a plate but doesn't know it yet... or does) this guy that she likes a lot, don't know dude much but from what she told me, he seems pretty Alpha. One day she sends me a text saying:"Why do guys never show emotion when they have something bothering them?"(you can tell she only dates Alphas). I reply:"because it makes them looks weak". she replies:"I don't think so..." with nothing added to back that up. I reply: You're acting like you wouldn't be turned off by him being emotional and open, I used to be emotional, and I remember the effects it had on women, and I suffered a lot because of it (Was a momma's boy so yeah...). She replies:"lol" "I guess" Then she flipped the subject.

But my question in all this is why do women try to harvest the beta from the Alpha males in their lives? I've been on here and read various responses to that question but they seemed more like a guess or self theory and not to concrete. I remember hearing an audio from the great Patrice O'neil saying something on that subject saying something along the line of his girlfriend tired of him being a player, macho and in control and him responding saying that he knows that she is trying to turn him into a fag to have control(It's on youtube you'll find it). But the science of it is what I want, not just a simplified response of "she just wants control dude".

Why even when they love the Alpha attitude, will ride Alpha cock to the death of them, would probably do horrendous things if they can get away with it for the Alpha cock, they still try their best to harvest the beta within their men?

Maybe it is as simple as "control" and "insurance". But I can't help but feel that I am missing something.
