I was a fuck boy before meeting my LTR. My n count stopped at 20 before meeting my girlfriend, so take my advice with a grain of salt (there are way more men here with much, much, higher n count).

In my opinion, dark triad is only useful when trying to hook up and bang chicks. Narcissism, psychopathy, and machivellism are useful to draw chicks in only. It’s the reason why bad boys get laid so much. Every chick who wants to bang only wants a bad boy who doesn’t give a fuck.

For LTRs, you need to have a mix of alpha and beta qualities. If you’re too dark triad you will drive her away because you’re toxic as fuck. If you’re too “nice guy” she may keep you around but use you.

So yes, you are right. Especially in an LTR, you want to dial back dark triad traits but still have them.

Because most men aren't as apathetic as they first appear to be. Dark triad types often use that energy as a coping mechanism because they're scared to get hurt first. Women get tired of it quickly and they are hard wired to find your weaknesses and bring them to the surface. When these men get exposed, it is often worse than with normal shit tests because 1. the women they game have seen through the bullshit and 2. they're already insecure and using dark triad strategies to protect themselves.

You cannot do an LTR with dark triad shit. The women will either get tired of it or she'll smell out the weakness in your soul and punish you for putting on a bad act. It also halts your ability to be loved. A lot of men on here don't realize this, but when you finally internalize all of this stuff and become an alpha, you can experience feeling genuinely loved by a woman who will do things for you that make you pinch yourself because you think you might be dreaming. All the years of pain and anger you have pay off in those moments, but you have to recognize, RP doesn't stop at plates and game. Women who love you want to feel your love back and as a man, you have to find the strength to do that if you ever want anything beyond the surface level fun Game can provide. It can be scary, but for many men on here, they came to this place because they too just want to be loved and appreciated.

There is a lesser discussed concept in RP called macho tokens. Essentially, you amass masculinity tokens by behaving as RP teaches, holding frame, passing shit tests with ease, being dominant etc etc. You can then trade in these tokens by being vulnerable, to create an emotional connection with her. This is how you can be seen as sensitive in an endearing manner and not because of weakness. TRP spergs will tell you "NoOoOoOo you cantz show weaknezz bro" but that's nonsense, as long as you have an overall masculine presence in her eyes, you're good.

More importantly, this emotional connection is actually crucial to keeping a woman. And it should be authentic too.

In some ways, looking at creating emotional connection to increase longevity of a relationship as "macho tokens" is machiavellian as fuck. But if it's authentic, is it really dark triad? I dont know.

Imo, it's not dark triad at all. We RPers know the nature of women, and use that knowledge to keep the women happy by taking it upon ourselves to be the men she needs us to be.

There’s advantages and disadvantages to everything. For LTRs, the biggest disadvantage of dark triad is that you have a harder time getting dates and getting the initial lay compared to normies. This is because the lack of empathy leads to other problems as well such as violating social norms and not caring about outward appearance, which means psychopaths often have to approach a lot more than an average guy in order to get laid. Note that this does not apply to pure narcissists who don’t have psychopathy or autism as a commorbidity since they actually do take care of important details.

The biggest advantage of dark triad in LTRs is that they typically care less about the other person than the other person cares about them. In relationships, whoever cares less has the power. Therefore, most dark triads don’t have any problems keeping a long term relationship going once they get in compared to neurotypicals.

What’s funny is that for social circles and friendships, the exact opposite is true. Dark triads make new friends easier than neurotypicals because they wear good masks in the beginning but have trouble sustaining them long term because eventually they’ll slip, fuck someone over, and then they’ll have to move onto someone else.

Your post is a mess btw. I liked the question in your title because I thought we could discuss it from societal lens and not coom-coomer what about wahmen aspect, but it appears that I was wrong.

The issue here is that you, and to be honest this entire sphere, have been convinced that manipulation is "Dark Triad". It's not. Manipulation is part of the human condition that is inherent to you. Every toddler is born with the inherent narcissism that takes advantage of parents alturist etm. Similarly a woman takes advantage of inherent male protectiveness and need for female sexual stimulation. Just because both of those manipulate you, does not mean that they're Dark Triad. The "Dark Triad" of mannosphere is at this stage just a giant play-pretend larp that doesn't even begin to touch the moral foundations of our society.

On your question, which really just boils down to if "manipulation" is something that you should use in a relationship; my answer is yes. The reason is that if you don't use it, she 100% will. It's a topic that begins to enter Sleezy Married Boomer Pill territory where you have to up the beta, dial down the alpha, go rambo and shower people with useless platitudes whilst screaming "YOU DON'T GET ITTTT", but they do have a point here and there, because women did get more power than an average man.

Finally, and here's the real "Dark Triad" for you; why don't you just accept things for what they are and try to fuck the system on your terms? I mean we care about relationships to such a degree because state has given females disproportional power - but that power doesn't mean jackshit if you know how to play around it. If done properly you can get away from her taking your shit. And if you've done your homework, why bother about relationship? Why not enjoy the ride and just live the way you want to, and in case things start to fall apart, just go "fine bitch, I'm out".

I mean women suck. Their best years are 18-30, and you sure as hell ain't getting them at that stage, so you'll probably settle on 23-25, and that's not that far from the wall where her tits start to grow saggier, her attitudes becomes shitty because she's older etc. Maybe it would have been worth it if you had clean access from the get go like 18, but since is not I say this:

Nut into her, make her shit out a kid, see where it goes from there. If it goes to shit, well you did your homework and your nuts are still intact. Yeah kid's gonna grow in a shitty enviorment, but you can be in his life and give him support, and chances are he'll come around eventually anyway if it's a son, or she'll turn into a drug addict hoe if it's a daughter. But then again, what prevents you from trying again? And again? This society has showed its hand. It doen't want us to have stable families that favor k-selection, so just go along with r-selection then. That or move to a place where family values are still strong. Dark triad traits are good for getting support, admiration and instinctive aliegience. But it doesn't work when you meat someone of equal stature or higher.

And it sure as hell doesn't work once your followers see you bleed.

Female promiscuity has always been there(ask people from outside of the western world how chaste their auties really were), I would argue it's less because of the amount of tistic women we raised today. What you see is the whore pride and the extreme cases of lazy drugged up middle class bitches that think showing their arse is a career choice and having a tattoo is a life experience. But those are outliers - for every whore that goes viral and reaches your eye balls there's 100000 unremarkable and regular woman.

So seniors, my final question is that What are the differences while handling LTRs as a dark triad and as a non-dark triad?

THere's dark triad personalities - that can not sustain long term - unless it's some broken woman that needs abuse.

And there's dark triad traits on a otherwise reasonable person. Do what it calls for. There's nothing impressive or out of the norm in being a monster for your family when it's called for. If you use it against your family - on the regular - because you feel like you have to - see the previous paragraph. If you can't derive happiness from the happiness of the people you care for, you are broken. Reases your wants and needs before others do it for you.

Son of a vampire here. My father had NPD which was so destructive that at an age of 50 he's completely alone and desperate. Recently I stopped shitting on him and drove a conclusion of what I actually learned from him.

Narcissism is first a coping mechanism. The insecure self tries to hide this insecurity with extreme selfishness and sources of attention. It works on manipulating people on short term, but sooner than later the facade wears off and you see that the presentation of confidence was a lie. There is hardly anything more feminine than a narcissistic man showing a temper tantrum. ---->>> BUT you have to understand that this extreme confidence (or the illusion) has insane results in having women on short term, because they will find out about the real personality of the narcissist and the relationship crashes one way or another. The narcissist is weak.
The narcissist looks social but his fate is isolation and or shallow meaningless relationships with men and women alike. But he can't be alone since he needs a source of attention. Second feminime trait: vampirism of attention.
He almost all cases tries chasing women who will most likely eventually give in. He will find what will break her and show the type of person that she wants. Third feminime trait: no genuine behaviour and a tendency of following others needs in a superficial way.

You can see that everything that makes him attractive is at its core a lie. That's his weakness. Superficiality shallowness and masquerade. What can you learn from this?

This facade is attractive but you do not want the facade you want the real deal so how do you avoid getting into these traits? In one thought: you want the benefits of the narcissist but not his inevitable downfall

Confidence--->>> you have to be conformable alone without getting attention and be contempt. The source of your confidence is inner first and foremost not coming from others attention.

Being social--->>>being social is important in success in general. No king rules alone so you don't have the luxury of managing sources of attention and having shallow relationships with others which brings us to:

Genuine relationships--->>>you can have fun with women but never fake it. She has to like you for who you are not for what mask you put one. That's pathetic and actually harms all your social relations.

Thats all I can think of in very short. I could go on maybe I'll make an independent post if this gets any attention and tell some stories about my father.

I have been wrestling with a similar question since a while, myself. Maybe you take a look at my profile,.posts, critically assess and you just might know where I'm coming from. I'm actually at a battle with myself as a person, between healthy freedom of expression, the concept to retaining my character/authenticity as a human/man. So far this approach has brought me disappointment, unnecessary frustration, while being grossly misinterpreted, judged at, distancing me from the 'normal' society and while all of this is just me, my opinion, which is subject to change with experience and acquiring more knowledge with time. Sad to say, only a handful of them comprehend. And I am in touch with many, around me and the world throughout. Instead, stepping back from it all, studying my audience before expressing my opinion, agreeing to disagree, pretend to be and feel something you are not, seems like a far better strategy. This I say not because I desperately want to fit in, "need" a partner/friends at the cost of my self respect, self expression ,and no, I'm not.scared to live/die alone either. Must add that I'm not psychologically debilitated, look down on others with disdain, or anything hate/animosity like. Trust me ik what I'm talking about. Just because, the former way of being , brings in more hatred, unhealthy arguments, etc , all for what? At what cost? A bloody thought provoking opinion which I'm not even shoving down anybody's throat? cuz most lack the ability to separate emotion from logic, question their cultural conditioning? My opinion has nothing to do with who I'm as a person, just as it goes with everyone else. Seems absolutely retarded IMHO. Hope I got my point across mate. I'm game for a healthy, level headed discussion and possibly learn more even. Godspeed!!!
