Yeaaah, this list is bullshit. Why? Because its a wishlist. Sustain it for a year and then we'll talk. Keep your goals sustainable.
[–]Meloxian0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I have been doing this a very similar routine to this since last july, when I watched a video titled “the billion dollar morning routine” and I’ve been doing this exact routine for the last six months it was my 2020 New Years goal
[–]catsdontsmile1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I looked up that video just now, and if its the one that shows up with like 5.5 mil views... its 8 minutes of BS trying to sell a self improvement package. Speaking of what the video actually said it was:
Get up early, make your bed, have breakfast, take a shower, work out, meditate, do a to do list
That's what I do and I think most of us do, but doesn't encapsulate all of OP which as I said, looks like a wishlist

That’s the same argument fat feminists use to justify not going to the gym, an excuse.

This is BuzzFeed Redpill. You are shotgunning every single activity that anyone ever found useful to make it look like you're a busy adult. The truth is that you are distracting yourself with all this nonsense.
Two part-time jobs? What's your career aspiration? How are you building wealth? I'm guessing you really want the lazy blogger route to work out. I'm guessing the DSLR and Snapchat stories have built you a following. But what are you really doing?
This route is not only gimmicky but also fairly difficult for people to replicate with an 8-5 job or family (90% of men).
I'll post my routine soon, because this "productivity lifestyle" BS has got to be put into context.
Right now I’m saving up for my first rental property and working on finishing my book, Ideally I’d like to start generating cash flow in real estate sometime in the next 3-5 years but it’s going to take awhile, I’m also putting in around 5% of my income into a 401k for the employer match (free money) and maxing out my Roth IRA and if I max that out until age 60 I can retire with 4.5 million following market trends, not including money generated by my rental property; I have 10k in an emergency fund I’ve saved
[–]daveed12970 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Congrats. Notice I never said you're a loser? You definitely have a lot that's in order, but I don't think you really touched on sexual strategy much at all so the "hobbies" seemed a little forced.
I bought my first rental property last month in PHX (I live in the Midwest), highly recommend getting a high paying 8-5 to support that because REI requires cash on hand for most growth. I'm 22 btw.

This looks very hard to execute and it doesn't look like there is much freedom to do stuff in this routine . Also how do you have the mental capacity to execute so much. How do you manage it.
[–]Meloxian-2 points-1 points0 points 6 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link
Honestly It’s not really about mental capacity so much - if you leave it up to that you’ll probably fail; I’ve found everything works better if you treat it like something to cross off, the smaller the list gets the more motivated I am to finish it.
The only free time I try and give myself is late at night 9:30-10:00
that doesn’t mean I don’t deviate from the routine, sometimes I’ll watch a YouTube video or two or check stocks or a news story will catch my eye, and there are days where I just say fuck it I don’t have the energy, basically my “cheat days” if you will
the routine doesn’t have to be followed 100%, even I don’t do that, but if you hit 80% of it, you’re doing more than 99.9% of people who have ever lived in history and that’s something I try and keep in mind; if you want to be great you have to work like it
[–]1scissor_me_timbers000 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Actually the stars are much further out than the moon. So it should be, shoot for the stars, land on the moon. Sorry to sperg out on you, but just sayin
[–]Brodin699 points10 points11 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
The morning stuff is great but do you have a job?
[+]Meloxian-12 points-11 points-10 points 6 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah, I work two part time jobs, usually in the evenings around 50 hours a week, occasional long shift or double shifts happen so not everything gets done every day but most days most things get done
you can alter this as needed.
[–][deleted] 9 points10 points11 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Too much going on. This reminds me of Stagnant Productivity, the appearance of being busy to feel accomplished but not actually accomplishing anything.
[–]HeftyNugs7 points8 points9 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Unsustainable and a total crock of shit
[–]Redthorr4 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Clearly this fake, can’t believe anyone buys this. And you’ve been doing all of this while quarantined happened right? I normally love building power type posts but this was just clearly trolling
[–]DeChef21 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Look at his last post. Either he's trolling or has gotten a massive ego.
[–]jonsmif97974 points5 points6 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Only working on your purpose for 1 hour? And you call it ideal?
Using a simple heuristics: 24 hours can be divided into three parts:
[–]throwing8smokes1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
More like 8 hours sleep, 8-10 hours work (commute etc.) and fill the remaining 6-8 hours with lifestyle. Tbh, lucky if I have 2 hours a day to myself. Can't believe OP post is real, there's no day job posted in the routine at all!
[–]Meloxian0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah there is, I set aside 1-9:30 in the routine specifically for work as I work evenings around 50 hours a week, everyone has the exact same 24 hours
Where would you put work in on that list? I set aside 7.5 hours specifically for work; you’ve got to make money somehow
[–]rotfrukt9418 points19 points20 points 6 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
When do you have the time to suck dick? Because this was gay af
[+]Meloxian-7 points-6 points-5 points 6 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
I’m still trying to schedule that, in between fuck sessions with your mom
[–]rotfrukt9416 points17 points18 points 6 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Ye she loves that asperger dick, maybe she can teach you how to blow after you teach her tango
[+]Meloxian-9 points-8 points-7 points 6 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Nah, I already know how to blow, I blow on her constantly after I drop hot wax on her ass, but since she’s offering classes I’m sure she’d love to teach you, that way you know how to satisfy a real man who isn’t insecure about fucking dancing, lmfao.
[–]rotfrukt943 points4 points5 points 6 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Who do you think taught her?
[+]Meloxian-6 points-5 points-4 points 6 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Oh he’s looking for validation now? He doesn’t know if all his years showing his mom how to suck dick will be rewarded, usually I don’t reward females for validation seeking behavior but since he’s acting extra feminine today I’ll help him out.
You did a great job champ, she sure sucks a mean one, here’s a participation ribbon for your effort.
[–]rotfrukt946 points7 points8 points 6 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

With the fitness and martial class, because of the virus, what do you recommend as a replacement? Or better question with this routine what has chaneged during the virus. Especially volunteer and being active and social
[–]Sephoyy1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Also i might add for those who have bad habits of sleeping late at night and you want to "sleep early and wake up early" at the same time...waking up early at the same time everyday for a week even if you sleep late will automatically change because of your bodies sleep cycle..
[–]1scissor_me_timbers001 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Lol go to the park for social opportunities at 5 AM
[–]Meloxian1 point2 points3 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yeah, I’ll usually find a few people happen to be walking that early, it’s super nice out an gives me a chance to clear my head
[–][deleted] 6 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link
The hardest part for me was meditation at first, I’m a super anxious person naturally so I have a lot of thoughts running around, I just really didn’t know how to meditate at first, then I got into breathing techniques and orchestral music and everything just clicked.
When I started out I couldn’t do more than a minute or two, I’m up to twenty right now, not quite thirty yet, but that’s my goal.
Besides that I had a tendency to put off the gym till last sometimes, and then I’d make an excuse that it was too late, so I try and remember the gym goes early or it doesn’t get done.
[–]CodeBreaker_6660 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
And how do you manage to find the energy for all of this?
[–]peachchannery0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
People can start realistically doing two things on the list for a month, then maybe start thinking of adding another
[–]rickyyfitts0 points1 point2 points 6 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Too many things going around man. Eg. Why not just read for 40 minutes total instead of reading Redpill and Stoicism for 20 mins each. Feels a lot distracting shifting attention so quickly back and forth
Were these things spread across the whole week with each day including a few activities, it would work better for people. Good for you if you can manage and enjoy it

This is far too specific to be consistently successful. You’re going to burn out within the first 10 days. 25 if you’re lucky.
I don’t know what you think you’re doing here, but within a span of like 2 hours you’re learning an instrument, reading 2 different books, and learning a language. You won’t become great at any of these things with that much flip flopping, you need to dedicate more time to each thing to make meaningful progress.
The waking up early and working out thing is good, but it really depends on where you are in the world. Where I am, if you’re in bed by 10pm you’re not going to ever be able to get women. I’m in a relationship now, but when I was talking to other girls, and when I was first talking to my girl, we would do most of our talking between like 9pm-1am. If you’re like 40 then maybe your schedule is better, but anywhere between like 14 and 30 years old, a lot of meaningful social interaction comes later in the nighttime when there are no distractions.
Maybe you’re some kind of cyborg and this will work for you, but realistically you’ll probably just end up burning out, beating yourself up for the excuses, and losing all of your social life.
What you should do:
Workout at least 4x a week.
Go out at least 1x a week and talk to WOMEN. Specifically attractive ones to get over the stage fright.
Diet, just make sure you’re fueling yourself well.
Pick a skill (piano makes women melt), and spend like 1-2 hours a day learning it, not 30-45min. You will never be good at something if you only spend 30-45min a day on it. You’ll be mediocre at it for years and plateau hard within the first like 3 months.
This overly specific planning of every minute is almost never a successful strategy. The ONLY way this works is if you have no social life, family, or responsibilities in general. Something will always throw a wrench in your plans.

Watch porn without masturbating? Was that an error? Why?
If you can stick to this list it'll benefit you sure, but it's tyrannical and the enslaved will always revolt against the tyrant.
