One of the toughest things to do in life is to strike a balance between taking your life seriously but not taking yourself too seriously.

It's so important to act with purpose and build upon your life. Seriously go after what you what, take no prisoners, play like a motherfuckin' champion day in day out. You're not going to get anywhere really worth going unless you're giving 100% and you're obsessed with the man you want to be doing the shit you want to do with the people you want to do it with.

That being said; there will be mistakes and down-time and hurdles. It's also a life long journey so it's paramount that you enjoy the ride and that the juice is worth the squeeze. You got to be able to be loose and roll with the punches while having a good time. If you can't laugh at yourself, tell some jokes and be a silly fucker and overall not take yourself too seriously you won't be making it too far down an unforgiving road.

One of the guys I follow now for inspiration is in his early 30's but spent most of his teenage years and early 20's taking a competitive sport to a world class level. He understands the work ethic required to perform at an elite level. He probably learned to be an obsessed fucking animal from those days but in his 30's now he's pursuing comedy and other media related things and he still has that play like a champion attitude. He's learned to roll with the punches and enjoy the ride day in day out. Those kind of people might fail the short game in some situations but they never lose the long game because they won't fucking quit, ever. They won't let anyone tell them no and they will put in whatever work is needed to get where they want to go.

Being able to do that and truly enjoy the ride requires a mastery of not taking yourself too seriously but taking your life deadly fucking serious. Being easy and relaxed and happy while giving 100% is an artform.

More to OP's comments: That kind of understanding that you're enough comes from a healthy ego and nothing builds an ego better than the experience of a hottie worshiping the ground you walk on, hanging on your every word and laughing at your jokes wholeheartedly.

It's important to take that with a metric tonne of salt though. It's helpful to know other women think you're hilarious or sexy or a pillar of strength but your ego should come from self knowledge and varied experience, good and bad over time. It's an easy trap to fall in to think you're hot shit because a few bitches want the D.

The next best builder of a healthy ego is lifting. Lifting is the process of perpetually challenging yourself and continually bettering yourself. Failure and progress all in one. Lifting is a tenant of TRP more for the mental gains than the physical ones. It's both ego building and humility building. Making progress but being forever small.

If you want to show high SMV you need to show women that you are fun, that you "don't judge" (meaning you know she is a slut and that's what you are looking for) and that you are somebody she could be comfortable taking her top off in front of. This is true. We men always improve ourselves, we have to and we always will do so. But also pride ourselves in our skills for realistic perception and this post is very realistic.

I know I am not perfect, I know I have weaknesses. But I work on them. And every other human being has weaknesses too and they all fuck each other regardless of that.

I have already risen above most people due to my diligence, work ethic and intelligent application of critical information. This makes it easy to fuck girls and be socially dominant for the most part. But there is always room for more and that is good as well. We motivate and drill sarge each other here to climb even higher. I'd like to meet higher quality women who aren't the types who just say "sure fuck it why not, I'll fuck beta ted." This is good advice for guys who want to lose their V card who were "looking to meet the right one" forever. Or guys who have a lot of social anxiety when it comes to approaching.

Personally I'm a quality over quantity type of guy.. I don't care about going out to the club to get laid or my own N-count. I focus on doing what I can to attract a high-quality woman. High N-count = higher risk of unwanted pregnancy and STDs. I'd rather spend my time bettering myself than chasing low quality skirts at the bar.

Last Friday, I went to a club for the first time because a famous DJ would be there. I did not care about picking up bitches and honestly I did not know what to do either. Because I had never experienced club scene before. I thought I would look totally weird and embarrass myself. But as soon as beat dropped, I said "Fuck that, I am here to entertain myself, not anyone else." In fact, everybody was their own thing, not giving a shit about others. So I did my own thing too and realized I was right after random girls came and grinded their asses on my crotch.
