nice post. I've been meaning to try meditating. Physical fitness I'm pretty good. My dad makes me wake up at 6 and swim and box with him until 10 AM or so and I exercise routinely throughout the day.

I need to get over being self conscious of my looks though. I'm a cute kid but I always feel like that in enough.

First of all I want to thank you for this post, it was so nice to read. One day (maybe in a few months) I might be making my own. Last year I was in a relationship and I used to be the guy who never went out, played a lot of videogames and watched series non stop. After my breakup, my colleague couldn't see me suffer anymore and told me about TRP. I used to be the biggest blue pill nice guy you've ever seen. In the beginning I felt bad after reading all the stuff that TRP teaches you. I went through a rollercoaster of feelings and even started reading anti-TRP articles (cringe, cringe, cringe ...). In the end I started accepting it (luckily). After I started reading TRP, the doors slammed open for me. At first, I didn't have the urge to play videogames/watch series anymore. This was a big thing for me because I used to put a lot of time into those two things. After that I started lifting, watching a lot of youtube video's (RSDMax, how to beast, etc) and started going out again. I felt my testosterone reaching levels I never thought were possible. Now I got my own personal trainer and started trading on Forex to bigger my income. I cannot tell you guys how important lifting is, it makes you feel like a man. Before all of this I used to be such a pussy, I even cried next to my mom from time to time. Anyway After all of this I just want to thank everyone on this subreddit, especially my colleague for learning me how to be a man. So you soon, Peace!

I'm not trying to burst your bubble, but mainly women with low self esteem and low quality will give sexual favors so easily in the beginning. TRP works mainly on lowself esteem.
