Make sure, if you're teaching/mentoring/raising young guys, that you point out the ubiquity of super heavy makeup. I've noticed a lot of dudes don't clue in to the huge diff. between heavy makeup and beauty itself, and now with increasing numbers of dudes single forever they never learn on their own.
