There is a big, BIG difference between satire, or sarcasm, and political rhetoric.

If this is not clear to you, there is an easy way to end the offense - skip over comments that offend or bother you.

The entire universe annoys me, but I skim over what bothers me and move along. It is healthier for me this way. But telling me to self-censor because you mistook my comment as overtly political, is concerning. We already censor this place enough.

If I said [email protected], would you accuse me of bringing entertainment into this - or would you read it as racism?

Take a deep breath. Enjoy the sub for what it is. We are trying to have fun here. You did the right thing in pointing this out. I explained myself. That is the end of it - for my part.

If you feel the need to escalate, report my comment to the mods here. They are fair, and they protect the sub quite well. But if you were being honest with yourself, you would recognize that you put meaning onto a comment that was not intended.

Do with that what you will, but that is all on you my friend.
