Hey guys, I'm confused about the difference on some situations during a LTR.

I know that during the betaization process a girl would manipulate a man to make him feel troubled and feel as if he is not doing enough in some departments. Lets say for instance a girlfriend who is constantly complaining to her man about not getting compliments or "words of reaffirmation" or that she "doesn't feel loved". How can you know if this is just her trying to weaken you or if you are truly not giving enough attention-love, to your partner?

Is all that something that should simply be handled with, for instance, fogging? Is some reaffirmation necessary? When does it stop being a double bind and become a legitimate comfort test?

Situations like your girl sending you selfies of her, how should you respond?

My last relationship ended due to complaints of her supposedly having to beg for love. To this day I'm not sure if it was just her hamstering getting bigger due to me DEERing all the time (which now I know for sure is a big mistake) or if there is truly some truth, and I was a cold fish.
