In need of some quick advice.

My current relationship of 2 years has seen me as the beta, lovey dovey, kiss and hug my girl non stop type of dick.... Something she's grown very used to. Kisses and hugs every morning and night etc.

Now, since finding MRP this has gone out the window. The problem is, I am not in any way purposefully withdrawing my affections. I don't make a conscious decision to not kiss her, not hug her, not show affection and so on, it just doesn't occur to me any more.

The last thing I want is to nose dive into alpha mode with no hints of beta caring/loving and blow everything up.

I'm not sure how I should approach this. She needs to feel "loved", but I don't know if I should actively hug her/kiss her/say I love you to her, or wait for her to seek it out and then give it to her?

I'm trying to find a balance, would appreciate thoughts.

Again, I'm not consciously trying to be some big boy alpha or withdraw affection, I just don't have that same need to shower her with soppy love like I did before. It's happened fairly suddenly and is a big shift in the personality both she and I are used to.
