Throwaway.

I (30M) have been in a LTR with (27F) for a 10 years now. She is a loving partner and although she isn't as sexual as i'd like her to be I don't really have any issues. Well except one. She NEVER gets wet. We've always had to rely on lube or spit but she literally does not get wet and her vagina is a lil rough to the touch if my hands fingers dont have some type of moisture to them. So my question is if this is something that maybe normal for some women? or is this a health issue? or a sign or no attraction?
