I met this LTR 11 months ago, 4 months ago upgraded to LTR. I lift, have an interesting life, travel a lot, she doesn't give me trouble, and sex is on demand and nothing is off the table.

I never gave her expectations talk (e.g. you shall do or shall not do this), but over the last 11 months I've set a covert frame that doesn't tolerate bullshit or deviant behaviour. She is generally very compliant to this, so she doesn't do stuff like drink (she drunk to a slight buzz once when she had girl guests over), or go to parties, or stay up late, or any of that stuff. All of this is largely set covertly by my own behaviour. Once she mentioned us getting drunk one night and I just shut that down saying that getting hammered is not my thing. From her past I don't think she's a party girl.

On my travels, I often end up with clients and colleagues late, and I sense she gets dreaded by this so she keeps asking if I'm having a good time, if I am having a headache from drinking, if I'm partying etc... never in an accusatory way.

Now, I'd still like to go out with my mates, party, dance, whatever, without giving her the implicit permission to do this. I don't think an LTR should go out partying, or getting drunk or staying out late. Call me a hypocrite. Don't care.

I don't want to lie and say I didn't stay out late.

What's the right way to approach this? should i give up partying all together too? should I give her an explicit instruction not to do this stuff?

She has events with her work as well and she has been consistent in skipping any excessive after work partying or drinking, probably specifically to appease me. If I set a counter example by doing this stuff, she might just do it on her next after work event.
