It’s air squats, not crunches, and you should be wearing a weight vest. If you’re gonna do it, do it. Don’t post about doing it, don’t tell people you’re going to do it, don’t tell people you did it, just fucking do it.

I meant air squats thank you. I never did it with a vest when I was in the Corps but I’ll see if I can buy one before Monday, and I was trying to build camaraderie

It’s usually always about blowing smoke up each other’s asses and inflating egos with online bragging. The Memorial Day virtue signaling social media bullshit always gets me. Half the dudes wearing the stupid plate carriers in pictures probably didn’t even complete the workout. Do more, say less. I complete my workouts every day for me, no one else, I don’t tell people I did them, I just do them. If you’ve lost people like most of us have and it helps to do memorial workouts then hell yeah, do it, and do it with your friends, but don’t post about it online, that shit is cringe. In my opinion.
