Wife(34) and I(31) been together since 8 years, married 4 years, no kids. Same story, pre marriage was alpha but post marriage showcased all beta traits.

I'm a competitive bodybuilder so I'm 220lbs 10% bf. 440 squat 440 deadlift 260 OHP 350 bench. I have a huge following on IG and consider myself high in SMV. I'm on PEDs for the same pursuit.

Now, coming to the point, my mum has been living with my wife and I since marriage(due to surgery,lockdown and other factors). Wife had been complaining about staying separately without my mother. But, as she's old,alone and needs care after surgery, I had hesitated and delayed. This went on for 2 years initially rare but eventually very frequent and wife had been complaining about literally everything which I understand isn't the actual issue. Wife had moved out 6 months ago and started living separately.

This is when I starter getting into MRP and red the sidebar. In all honesty, I have read it but not internalized it. So, I realize I've been going Rambo.

Wife and I were meeting occasionally and about 3 weeks ago she confessed that she can't live without me and wanted to start living together without my mother. I agreed to that as it's my duty after marriage to not tag my mum along but allocate care to her by other means.

The past few months wife had become a workaholic and start working endless hours. I told her that "my wife will stay with me and not apart, she will spend enough time with me and not let work stress intrude our relationship". She told that she can't let go of her work. I then got up and started tying my shoes to leave. She tried to stop me initially, to which I said" if you're not willing to be my wife, you don't get the treatment I give my wife". She started crying. I held her hands and said, I'm not here to see you cry, I told you what I want in my wife, if you're willing to play that part then I'm here, if not, we can part ways. She then replied "it's your choice to leave then". I said "sure" and left her place. Radio silence since then.

In all honesty she's a really good girl who took care of me through major injuries,surgeries of bodybuilding. And I own my fault that I shouldn't have waited 3 years to keep my mother and wife under different roofs. But, what else can I do now? I stated what I want but she's unwilling at the moment(although 3 weeks ago she was the one who confessed thar she wanted to stay together). I haven't reached out to her either. Can this be salvaged? Or am I to accept my beta wrongdoings and build towards an amicable divorce and moving forward?
