Step one: Empty all your bank accounts. Cash that shit out and hide the cash. Bury it in the desert if you have to.

Step two: Lawyer up, or you will be supporting her until your kid is 18.

Step three: Depending on your work situation: Ask your boss to 'fire you', then pay you in cash until this blows over. Reduce what you earn on paper ASAP, as this is the number the courts will use to decide how much you will pay her for the next 16 years.

Step three: STOP talking to your ex. She is your ex now, you just need the paperwork to catch up to reality. Everything you say at this point WILL be twisted against you.

Step four: Ask a buddy if you can couchsurf for a while. When the bitch is off fucking Chad you get a rental truck and some buddies and you clear your shit of your place. She comes home to find you and your things are gone. You tell your landlord the rent will be paid into an escrow account and they will get it the moment they evict your ex.

If you need to take a hit on your credit- DO. 5 years from now if anyone asks you say 'wife was a cheating bitch, had to kick her to the curb. Cost me a lot, but it was worth it.' and it will be overlooked.

Though the "withdraw all the cash and hide it" is a feel good strategy, I wouldn't advise doing that. I would, however, advise moving the money into accounts in your name only, so as to safeguard it from the wife's consumption and wasting.

If you withdraw cash, secret it away and consume it, you'll probably be penalized for doing so. She wouldn't be. That's life. Sorry. You need to be the responsible one.

I would do the following as well:

Under NO circumstances should you move out. I would ask for a temporary restraining order providing for the following:

1) that you do not have to leave the marital residence.

2) that wife is required to account for spending marital cash.

3) that wife be barred from touching you, assaulting you, battering you, threatening you, or otherwise acting as a threat to your health or safety.

Every action you take from here on out needs to demonstrate you as the responsible one, the adult, the one who's paying attention and taking care of things.

Lawyer up yesterday. Find out your legal rights, what you can do and what you can't, and follow that advice. Your marriage and impending divorce will now be a series of hard nosed business decisions. This is now a winding up of the marriage's business. It will need to be treated as such.

Document and account for every minute you spend with your kid. Document and account for wife's whereabouts. Show that you're taking care of your daughter; you're there for her while wife is out all night long. Especially document the episode of her at the bar with the gym dude, and her spending the night with him. Save any and all photos of them together.

If wife starts fighting with you, turn on a video recorder and start recording it. Pick up your phone, hold it up, and start recording her. Record all outbursts, tantrums, verbal abuse, and assault/battery attempts. If she batters you and leaves marks, take photographs. Write out and document what happened. File police reports indicating what happened. Document everything with the police department. If she engages in criminal activity against you, your daughter or others, document it and contact police.

Continue earning money. Don't accept raises or promotions. Keep your income where it is now. If you have to take a pay cut, so much the better.

Separate out everything. From here on out, there is no "our" stuff. There is "your" stuff and there is "her" stuff. There is "your" money and there is "her" money. What she earns is hers and your daughter's; what you earn is yours and your daughter's. Insist that everything for your daughter's support be 50/50. Insist that half of everything for the kid be split straight down the middle. She buys half the groceries. Kid needs new shoes, she pays half, you pay half.

Cancel all joint accounts, including credit cards, etc. Pay them down to a zero balance and close the accounts. Take out a credit card in your name only. Tell all credit card companies and other creditors at which she has accounts in her name only that you are getting divorced, that balances and amounts due will be paid solely by her, and that you under NO circumstances will be paying them anything.

Fight for as much physical residential custody of your daughter as you can possibly get. This will reduce child support obligations, and also because you can influence her upbringing as much as possible. DO absolutely EVERYTHING you can to get as much residential custody of your kid as you can.

Document, document, document. Write down EVERYTHING she does. Everything she says. Where she goes, who she sees, what she spends money on, if she hits you and abuses you. Everything.

Be prepared to make hard, cold, hardnosed business decisions. From here on out, it's all business. It's not personal. Don't make it personal. It is all about bringing this to an end and preserving as much assets and time with your kid so as to get the best deal for yourself and your kid. It is not about "being nice" or "being fair" or "doing the right thing". It is about protecting yourself and your kid. Your STBEX is not going to "be nice" or "play fair" or "do the right thing", so you shouldn't either.

Another piece of advice I'd give you is: Do not have sex with your wife anymore. It's a common tactic of women starting this or going through a divorce to attempt to manipulate you with sex. Don't do it. If you start sleeping together again and having sex, she'll use it as a chit to manipulate you out of a divorce. What happens is this puts you in the middle, in limbo, where you aren't really together but aren't really apart either, and she then gets the upper hand.

And don't date and don't have sex with anyone else either until the divorce is final. That's hard. You know what? Tough shit. You have a very hard road ahead of you. You made a kid with this woman. You now owe it to the kid to do the best you can for her, and that includes showing the court you're not using your STBEX's misconduct and shitty treatment to your advantage.

If you're going to get divorced, get divorced and act like a single man who's not fucking this woman. If you're going to stay married, then stay married, tell her no more gym dude, she quits the gym, and she acts like a married woman. (I don't think this latter is possible now, but anyway...)

And finally: This is not really a TRP issue or a sexual strategy issue. This is a legal/divorce/business strategy issue.

I was ignored in the hallways, library, classes, by these women. And it didn’t help I was cash strapped broke working a minimum wage job and eating Raman noodles..

The vast majority of these young hot girls vigorously pursued college life sex like you would not believe. They had sex with a large variety of guys. What I personally call “lily padding”. These girls did anything and anyone in the name of “fun” (fun=parties, fun= sex with new people, fun= drugs, fun= raves, fun = frat party etc.

It hurt me to watch these girls go out of their way to pursue and spread their legs for complete losers. COMPLETE LOSERS. I’m talking: Hi I work in a carnival part time, I’m covered in tattoos, I have no job, I failed my minimum wage drug test and I’m in a band. These guys were losers. Some did not even go to the college! They would hop a bus stay with friends and get laid THAT NIGHT.

Many nights I could not sleep because of the girls getting fucked hard… 1,2,3,4 dorms down. The dorms were old military barracks from the 1940’s with vents through the ceilings. It was very loud. All the time. I remember how much it hurt to be rejected by one girl in particular I had my open hopeless romantic heart set on… We had allot in common. I pursued her like a complete gentlemen – and was eventually turned down. That same weekend after getting turned down I got to hear her getting fucked hard and loud in the room next door. The guy who lived there was a super scraggly unattractive heavy drug user covered in tattoos majoring in “music studies”. This girl was young hot thin beautiful in her physical prime. I never said anything. But I felt so hurt she turned me down for casual sex with a guy like that. This guy was very open about his exploits with her and told me not to worry because practically every guy he knew fucked her. As the years passed the same thing happened again and again, and again and again, in various ways with all kinds of unrelated girls. What I mean is: I was looking for a LTR leading to marriage. I would meet trade numbers talk and “feel” a girl was a good person. Then she would do other guys. Or I would find out things like this. When this kind of thing happens to me over and over all through my life….it hurts me and makes me doubt senses. What is wrong with me that my heart is telling me she is a good person when she is clearly not?

As time went on I was labeled “husband material” by the girls on my campus. This phrase continued to plague me into my late 20’s. This label resulted in ZERO DATES all through college. I wasn’t “down with it”. I wasn’t “participating” etc (sex, drugs, parties, etc.) My heart wasn’t into it. So I wasn’t entitled to any of the benefits (having sex with young attractive girls in their prime etc.). However party guys, flash in a pan athletes, loser guys in bands, wanna be DJ’s and self-professed “club promoters” – were ALWAYS getting these girls at their youngest hottest physical prime. Basically the more of a loser the guy was… the more these women would have sex with them. Hot sorority girls flocked to Football players like a butterfly’s on a beast. It didn’t even matter if the guy was black. College athletes did not even TRY to get laid.

One night I had enough. I confronted a room of 8-10 gorgeous white girls. These girls were 18-24 years old. I asked them if they planned to get married. All seemed to say more or less – YES. I asked what their future husband would think about their behavior. I was immediately met with hostility. I was told the future husband would “never know” and “it’s none of his business”. The girls said they knew exactly what they were doing and were planning to “have their fun” (fun= partying, fun=sex, fun=going on spring break etc.) and would “settle down later”. I asked: when are you planning to settle down? They said: “It depends” and “probably around 27, 28” or “maybe sooner it depends”. I really put the girls on the spot. During our exchange they saw I was upset. They told me I should be happy because “nice guys finish first in the end”. I told them you cannot have your cake and eat it to. Then I was told by Kaylene (a young thin super sexy blonde with curves in all the right places (who BTW refused to date me even though we were friends and according to her roommate had sex with almost 30 guys in one semester ) she told me “Michael let me tell you something: not only am I going to have my cake eat it and eat it too. I’m going to have it with ice cream and sprinkles”. All of the girls laughed and smiled in agreement.

I thought things would change after college. They didn’t.

Now at 32 and successful these women are hitting me. In my mind these are the same women who rejected me. I’m not interested. The Bible says something to the effect of “don’t forsake the wife of your youth” or something like “remember your young wife”? Something like that. How am I supposed to remember something I never had? I have no history with these women. Ticking ovaries are scandalous. They will lie and say anything to get what they want. Which is: BABIES AND A LOVING HUSBAND TO PAY THEIR BILLS. Yet these women did not even give a few good years of their youth!

As a man I am very visual. God made me this way. I cannot help finding a physically beautiful woman attractive. Why did these women not at least give me a few years of their youth so I would have time to fall in love with them and permanently burn their image in my mind’s eye? I need something to remember when we are 50 and married. Yet she spent her 20’s parceling herself out to guys who gave her nothing and offers nothing to the guy who gives her everything. I’m expected to commit hard earned resources to raising children with what is ultimately a suspect woman whose history I know nothing about. A 30+ unmarried women has very high chance of having a questionable past and baggage. I believe the more men a woman has been with the less likely she is to be emotionally committed each subsequent one. When you have handed out little pieces of your heart over years to dozens of different men what is left for the husband you proclaim to truly love? What value do the words “I love you” mean when she has stared into the eyes of 10-100+ different men and said the same thing?

At 30+ women’s physical appearance has nowhere to go but DOWN. Is this what women mean by “saving the best for last”? Marrying at 30+? How can women spend trillions of dollars a year on beauty products yet at the same time claim a women’s age “shouldn’t be important” to a man? And what about children? Did they ever think their husbands might want to have children? What’s more likely to naturally produce a quicker pregnancy and healthy offspring? A fertile 24 year old in her physical prime… or a 35 year old aging womb? What if I want multiple children? At 30+ a women can easily before infertile after her first pregnancy. As a result of everything I’ve seen and experienced in my life I would like to make an announcement to all the desperate 30+ year old women out there: I would rather suffocate and die then spend my hard earned income, love, trust, and substance on you. Your entitled, ageing, feminist, jaded, baggage laden and brainwashed. And if I cannot marry a women in her 20’s I REFUSE TO EVER GET MARRIED. Given my high income this should not be a problem. However I’m concerned at some point I will have to start looking overseas (Ukraine, Russia, Eastern Europe etc.). I’m not going to marry one of these 30+ ageing entitled females who clearly have an agenda of their own. I intend to get married once. Marriage is meant to be forever. I will not be a starter husband for one of these used up women. I can’t tell you the number of men I’ve known who married late and were rewarded by losing everything they spent their lives building…

The way I see it I’ve been given the following choices:

1) Marry a 30+ women. 2) Marry a women in her twenties 3) Be single and enjoy my money.

A third piece of advice.

Limit all communications with your wife to logistics, business, and child care. Handle them by text or email and save all of them. This is not personal. It's all business. There will be no further small talk or chit chat or "how are you doing" conversations, no more tender moments or snuggles on the sofa. Until one of you moves out or otherwise makes alternative living arrangements, you are roommates by necessity and that's it. Everything from here on out is cold, hard business exchanges.

Freeze her out emotionally. Don't be rude; but do not let her anywhere near you emotionally. Unfriend her and block her on all social media. Do the same with her friends. Severely limit your contact with her friends, sympathizers, employers, coworkers, etc. Do not discuss your emotions, your feelings, your thoughts or your personal comings and goings. These matters are no longer any of her business or concern. The only things she needs to know about you are when you'll be taking care of the kid, keeping the bills paid, and matters you're legally required to discuss or take care of. Be cordial, be polite, don't be rude. Do not be familiar or forthcoming, or be overly willing to discuss things. Limit all communications to what needs to be discussed and then end the conversations.

Save and preserve every written communication she sends you from here on out. Make a record of every verbal communication she makes to you from here on out. Everything will be documented and, if inappropriate, reported to your lawyer, law enforcement, Child Protective Services, or other appropriate agents.

Additionally to the other comments - get proof she's a cheating whore. This may help your divorce case, but the courts will still basically give her everything "for the sake of the child".

You need lots of proof. Assume your wife will at some point set you up and try to get something else to use against you (her lawyers will advise this). Maintain frame and indifference, do not do anything that could look bad in court. Expect the police to show up. Try not to be alone with her, and beware of her Machiavellian games.

Or delude yourself that "she isn't really like that, she's the mother of my child" and I'll drop you a line when you're in prison.

i combined 2 of my previous comments on my divorces for you to review. i apologize for any duplications:

the definition of divorce: "the fuckin you get for the fuckin you got"

in Florida, a marriage under 7 years is considered a short term marriage as opposed to a long term marriage. if you are in a short term marriage in Florida and there are no children, you have a chance of getting out unscathed.

if you have a joint account, she can clean the account out, her lawyer will even recommend that she do so. it does not matter that you handle all the finances and that you earmarked the joint account for stupid stuff like paying bills and food, she can clean the account out and stuff the money down some chippendale's speedo if she wants.

be prepared that she will try to clean out your individual accounts, since most banks have a high population of women in the office, it could happen.

always have and budget money for yourself for stupid stuff like eating and paying bills ... always. I will never have a joint account again or file "married filing jointly" ever, i dont care if she palms my balls while polishing my knob. (i dont see myself ever getting married again, anyway)

when you begin divorce proceedings in Florida, both parties will be given a general order which means dont go running up stupid and unneccessary debt or you may be in contempt of court. if she does so anyway, the judge will probably just look the other way and act like it didnt happen. if you do it, you may be in contempt.

if she forges a credit card in your name or forges utilities in your name, injured parties will have to attempt to swear out a warrant of fraud or identity theft to have a chance for justice. this could go either way. if the deputy sherriff determines that the id theft/fraud is marriage related, they may decline to pursue the warrant, they may recommend you just run it through the family law court. could go either way.

AWALT ... check your credit report often. credit Karma is free and seems to be pretty accurate and even provides you with a credit score. i check my credit report with credit karma once a week, thats how i found out about the cox cable account that she forged in my name. when you inquire with a utility to find out who forged your name, most of these utilities front office are run by women, expect them to be very uncooperative. the cox cable deal was forged on me in 2010, im still waiting on cox cable to show me the original signature that i supposedly signed. be prepared to fill out a identity theft complaint with the deputy sherriffs.

if you go down to the clerk of courts and try to get copies of documents, be prepared that the women in that department may give you a ration of shit ... AWALT, its just what they do. you may have to remind them that its PUBLIC RECORD

if you have means and resources and you feel something is about to happen, go get a consultation with the 5 best, top lawyers in town, once you have a consultation, they can not represent the bitch, they cant even talk to her.

always have an emergency exit plan ... always. you can come home one day, out of the blue, there is a deputy sherriff informing you that you cant stay in your house any more and he has a suitcase with some clothes in it for you and he's ready to fight. you need money, clothes, probably spare keys to a vehicle and a place to stay. there will be a slim chance you can get back in the house and get any important documents, not a bad idea to have copies stashed somewhere.

in most states, you dont own anything, you both own stuff. it doesnt matter that she doesnt play music, she can sell or give away all your music equipment, because she owns it too.

when you hire a lawyer, you will need a pile of money up front just to get things started. some lawyers will just shuffle papers and burn up those billable hours and require you to fork over another pile of money. they have the ability to put everything on hold until you cough it up ... just be prepared. i have nothing against lawyers, its just that some of them are like that.

ive been married twice, both marriages failed miserably, not my fault, but i picked the wrong women and that was my fault.

you want to be aware of your time barrier. im in florida, and anything over 7 years is considered a long term marriage and treated more harshly than a short term marriage. im fortunate, both of mine were short term and no children involved.

know the following: keep your house in your name, if your marriage works out, if you become deceased, there wont be any problem, all your assets go to the wipe anyway, no muss, no fuss.

joint accounts: know that she can clean out the joint account if her name is on it. it doesnt matter that you earmark that money for stupid stuff like food and paying bills.

her lawyer is going to suggest that she clean out the account because they want to get a piece of that action and get paid.

if you run short of dough, the lawyers have enough pull to put everything on hold until the money comes through, they want to get paid.

important documents: i would keep all important documents in a safe place, the first thing she will do once she decides to pull the trigger is clean out the joint account and grab all the documents and take to the lawyer so they can start scheming what your worth and start salavating like pablo's f****** dog.

i would never file my taxes jointly, but thats just me, i just dont trust any woman that much and if they got any irs shit going on, you can bet they wont tell you about it until you get that white envelope in the mail or they inform you at work about the garnishe thing.

be prepared to keep some type of journal of her bad behavior. they will tell you that in a no fault state that it doesnt matter but if your lawyer will present it, and the judge reads it, the judge cant unread it and unknow what you tried to tell them. it cant hurt. besides, your lawyer will have a better idea of what they dealing with. that will save them time and save you money

always keep an emergency stash of cash and an emergency credit card, if she manages to kick you out, you gonna have to eat.

be prepared to let her have anything she wants, its better for you in the long run, you dont want to be paying a lawyer 200.00 per hour as you and her fight over steak knives. chances are high that everything you let her have, she will piss it away in 2 years time and you can have a chuckle out of that.

any legal papers she gives you in person arent worth the paper they printed on, it is highly likely she will try to deceive you and leave something important out. if she files first, go to the clerk of the court and get real copies for 10 cents a page.

shop around for a lawyer, get references from friends. some lawyers will give you a free consulation, others will want about 200 bucks just to talk. some will tell you they gonna think about it and decide if they will take you on as a client.

pay attention to your lawyers legal assistant. they will be doing all the leg work and that who you will be dealing with the most. if you feel good with them, you will be in good shape. my first lawyer did me well, we had quite a bit of crap to deal with but they did good. when i went back to her the 2nd time, she had a new receptionist who acted like she didnt care if i lived or died. her fee also doubled. had to shop around for another lawyer.

once the trigger is pulled, be prepared that all her friends and relatives going to take her side, no matter what, facts be damned, but that how women are, it can be frustrating but forewarned is forewarned.

very important for the husband to get a lawyer. if you draw a bad judge, your lawyer will wait for them to go out of town and then submit important paper work to the substitute judge to get it pushed through. once the trigger is pulled, you will get a general order that will include no going out and spending money on anything not urgent or neccessary. pay attention to that, you dont want a contempt of court charge.

if the wipe goes out of state, file in your county asap so that you can play by its rules and your local lawyers and not deal with all the out of state stuff. if she goes out of state, she will have to reside there 6 months before she can file in her local county.

the 21 day requirement to do this and 15 day requirement to do that only applies to you, not to her, be patient and put a little faith in your lawyer.

While you may want to turn this bitch's life upside down, doing so makes you a violent partner in the eyes of the law. IF you want to see your 4 year old again without needing supervision to do so, you will calm your shit down.

Other than that, the only advice anyone can offer you is get a lawyer and get it sorted. You will lose a lot in this divorce if that's how it's going to go, but you knew that already.
