Been seeing this girl (23) for 5months. Things were great up until the last couple of weeks. We would have sex on avg. 2-3 times a week. Howeve, She has denied sex 3 times out of 6 initiations. In the past I was beta af and made her too comfortable saying “it’s ok we don’t have sex” sometimes I was ok others not.

I played the dread game on her last two weeks after the second denial. I have seen her about 4 times. After dreading, I expected her to intiate but she did not, sure she was overly nice but did not initiate so I continued to dread.

Why didn’t I intiate? Because she has fucked me up to where I’m almost scared of rejection and want to avoid that feeling altogether.

She came over last night after working a double shift (she’s a server at a restaurant lol) at 11:30pm. After chilling for a bit I intiated, she said she didn’t want to have sex because she got her period today.( we have had sex on her period plenty) I said “okay” and stopped kissing her and went to the other side of the couch and played with my dog. As I jumped off her she said “that doesn’t mean just leave me”. She was upset but I tried my best to stay unaffected. She left 10-15min later. I kissed her goodbye and ignored her goodnight text.

She then texted me in the morning asking if “we could talk when you’re free”. I am seeing her tonight.

Either she is going to break things off (I will just say “okay” emotionless) or be like “if you want to make this only about sex then we could do that but I offer so much more” (she has said that in the past)

I’m not sure how to proceed to the later response. Should i just say we aren’t compatible and next her? Or be a man and say “I won’t be in a non-intimate/romantic relationship” or “I’m 23 with high testosterone of course I want to have sex...?
