Firstly, I would like to just say right off the bat; exactly what my name suggests is what I am. I am a very new reader still trying to swallow the pill. Blue in my habits however I am really trying to adapt this concept and alpha behaviour into a second nature.

Some background: I live in an African country. I am white. I am not attracted to the local woman from this country and therefore am not asking for any advice on the aforementioned woman. I have too many concerns(diseases, not-very-attractive and just plainly not my type.). I have a friend here, let's call him Shaq, that is also white however we are both beta blue-pills. Not very attractive; I am overweight and he is very skinny. We both have jobs. Earn a fair amount of money. Dress our best, for what it's worth. We are also both 20.

On to the point:

There are very few woman here who we are interested in, however these woman always seems to have a boyfriend/husband/SO. We are not very picky - not trying to bag super models - but we want to succeed in following TRP's advice.

Now, on to the actual question:

My friend and I were sitting in a coffee shop and having a coffee before a game of golf. The cashier was cute, not at all stunning but right there in that sweet spot with low-ish self esteem. As I am not a virgin myself and my friend is, I was more than happy to take the back seat and allow him to hit on here, trying to give him advice on the topic from my limited Sexual Market experience. He's goal was to get this girls number and then ask her out on a date.

He asked her number right as we're about to leave and she declined with a "Not right now, maybe later(giggle)". We did our golf thing and came back later for a smoothie(3 or so hours later). Once leaving he asked again, saying something in the line of: "It's later" - trying to put on he's best confident face. She hands over her number with a "Yeah, sure(giggle)".

Once he calls her - from my advice, 2 days later - she says "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to come off as interested but I have a boyfriend. When you come over to coffee shop name you are strictly a customer."

Now, my friend is a little down from this and I want to help out as best I can and also learn from his experience and your advice. Now, I read a little of The Red Pill Handbook and one point I remember quite clearly is: "Be persistent. Don't leave until she asks you too, or leaves herself." What this indicates to me via my understanding is that he should keep trying to get her on a date? I will introduce him to The Red Pill but first I want to do a little experiment to understand how this all works, maybe get my friend laid and help him understand how to approach woman. How to be an alpha. What would be your advice TRP?

TL;DR I want my friend to get laid by giving him advice and observing the different affects.
