DO NOT meet up to talk about it. In fact I'd cancel on her.
I wouldn't be surprised if she's jealous. She probably felt some dread and now she's feeling insecure and shit testing you. Stand your ground. You're young so practice this shit now. Never budge if you aren't being unreasonable and you aren't. She's trying to control you. Don't let her.
For the future keep your drinking under control when you're out. Being drunk isn't a good look. No woman wants to feel like she's babysitting her drunk boyfriend.

I dont really wanna cancel on her. First because I was the one telling her yesterday that it has been some days now and that we had to meet so she agreed to meet later today. And second I really wanna know what is going to happen and I want to tell her how I feel.

For this how can I explain it to her or show her that I can drink under control if told me shes tired of hearing that excuse. I know I can now because its more serious now... Thank you a lot my friend

Your situation doesn't require a meeting and discussion. This could be taken care of on the phone before meeting up. If you meet her to talk then you're agreeing this is important and it's not.
Call her and let her know you're willing to meet up and hang out but not to talk about this shit, it passed already and it's silly. Tell her "you're being unreasonable. Next time you don't have to come when I hang out if you're going to behave like this. I didn't do anything wrong. I already apologized for getting drunk so get over it."
If she brings it up when you're together then walk away.
The problem is you're afraid of her breaking up with you and you shouldn't be. She isn't the only girl. Stop acting like it. She is acting like a baby because you let her. Stop apologizing and shut that shit down.

You don't explain anything. You just do it. She'll notice. And I'm not telling you to stop drinking, just control it.

This here is the only advice needed in this thread.

The thing is that I rarely drink but when I do it gets out of hand

Wanted to chime in my wife used drinking as a blame point for everything. I've cut back quite a bit and still after 2 beers she would bitch. If I wasn't feeling well, if I was tired, or ate something that didn't agree with me she would blame it on the beer I had the day before. I realized she was grasping for an easy to demonize weak point because she didn't see my SMV as high enough.
After I started lifting and got a second job and got a good summer tan... nothing. We all need to be able to kick back and have some brews. Just improve your life in the other ways TRP prescribes and she might drop the issue. If your situation is like mine it could be shes just using the drinking to wear you down because she thinks you're losing your value altogether. Don't show her you can control your drinking... show her you can control your LIFE and alot of the other little issue like this evaporate.

She's taking it personally that you're having fun and not giving her your attention. In her mind she takes it as an insult and I'm guessing in your mind you are just out with friends kicking back.
She's now trying to manipulate you into doing what she wants. I mean really? This makes her question your relationship? She needs to get over it
Yeah, unfortunately thats how she feels, maybe she can be right, because if I didnt drink and she got all drunk and hard to handle with everytime we go out even if its like once a month.
I am sure I will tell her that today "not to question our relationship" because of that
My english is not very good but thank you friend

Why do you care? This is a non-issue and won't ruin your relationship, if it does then your GF sucks.

she said she needed time to figure things out
Your relationship is over once a girl says this to you. Save your time and dignity and end it with her first.
Bonus: a lot of girls will still want to be FWB if you dump them first in my experience
