In a LTR you are your girlfriend's rock. You are not an emotional bitch, you are not a cold hearted arsehole, you are her rock.

Shit hits the fan in her life and she comes to you, you're capable of making her feel better without pandering to her. You're capable of listening to her without bending over backwards to fix her problems. What do you think alpha means? To me an alpha male is the leader of the pack. Same goes for a relationship, lead the relationship. You're the decision maker.

How much attention do you want to give her?

How do you give the impression that you are ready to walk without ever looking back if your LTR fucks up?

This should already be part of your frame. You don't take shit from people. You have options right? If you don't then you need to improve.

How do you show you have other options in a LTR?

You flirt with other women in front of her. This doesn't mean hit on every woman you see and try to fuck her friends, but interacting with attractive women in front of your girlfriend shows her that other women are interested.

Lead the relationship. Put her in your frame. Take her out on dates to places you want to go. Be in control without being controlling if that makes sense.

Dread Game is important. It's easy to get out of shape when you're in a relationship.

Keep working out and stick with your hobbies.

When she knows other women want you, she's more likely to behave to keep you in her life.

The only difference between a plate and an LTR, to me, is that she gets more time of mine and she gets more intimacy (meets my family and friends, sees my other homes, can call me during the day once in awhile, etc).
I never give this sign. If a woman fucks up, I bail. There's no warning shot, just basic human action. A woman has to learn somewhere, at some point.
