I am trying to overcome a hurdle I've had for awhile with AMOGs, or basically any person that seems like they have some sort of commanding presence.

I teach Jiu-Jitsu, along with being one of the top people there and in the community, so I have this comfort/charisma whenever I am in that realm. My girlfriend currently is in my classes and I feel this charisma/confidence being the one who is in the leader position. I don't feel this comfort though in other places. For example, my current girlfriend seems to enjoy the folk guitar singers, one in particular that she brings up infrequently, goes to see his shows, even hit her up a few times. Even though we are a LTR, I still can't help but feel jealous if not less confident thinking why wouldn't she just go for someone like him instead of me.

I understand spinning plates and "girls are temporary" helps in the long run, but I feel it takes away my charisma/confidence when I am in these environments where another AMOG is existing on their turf. I could easily focus on talking about younger/attractive women (she brought up on three different occasions when I had noticed a hot blonde with a leather jacket and ponytail on a motorcycle drove past us and I made a comment of oh nice), but I would rather focus on my own mental frame. I feel like some Alphas could easily come train martial arts and still exude that Alpha feel even if they completely sucked, and would love to know what mindset comes with that.

Any thoughts would be very helpful :)
