You can’t really gain attraction back. Its a huge waste of time if even possible anyway. Work on yourself and future endeavours and never get emotionally attached

You are right that theyll keep you as a ~~friend~~ orbiter without any intention of fucking you ever again. The attraction can be gained back if you either: disappear for an amount of time (few months/years) and have increased your smv substantially during that time, OR disappear for a shorter amount of time (couple weeks/months) and she starts longing for the old relationship.

Note that these situations aren't set in stone (she may have found a better option than you during this time). Also note that these situations are only invitations, you still have to seal the deal and keep the new arrangement purely sexual.

Yes I believe it can and many in MRP do as well. But unless you have kids/mortgage or reason to do so, it's often easier (and more fun) to just move on. Hence why it's not recommended in the non MRP spaces. Let's say you do want to rekindle Attraction, what then? This:

you cannot negotiate Attraction, neither you nor your 'marriage counselor' can get her to want to fuck you more, without it being starfish if at all - out of obligation
how you get her Attracted to you (again) is how it happened in the first place - you do it via Arousal.

How do you get he aroused? That's simple, ignore social conventions (be nicer, more caretaking, more talkative, more available, etc, etc, puke, etc) and instead follow RP:

raise your SMV (looks = fitness, face, fashion, strength) - do NOT underestimate this aspect.
be OI and NGAF, understand you do NOT need her to be happy, she can be in your world or not, it will not determine your outcome
be scarce and NOT needy. nothing dries the panties more than a needy dude. nothing.
get Abundance, get her hamster going. She needs to know you have options, and then when you do Game her, it means you chose her, not because you had to out of desparation, but because you wanted her. Women get very turned on thinking they turned you on IF you are a high value male with Options
1000' of rope analogy, requires you being higher SMV, but it works - they will be the ones who start Kino'ing you, they will be the ones looking for the goodbye kiss every morning, they will be the ones asking for time in your busy schedule.

Frame is King. Once your looks get you in the door, or gets other women to notice you and she Dreads a bit, and your Game is in play, Frame is the long term holder of attraction because it defines you in her mind.

the good news, doing all of this is NOT a waste of time, no matter what. Even if she isn't more Attracted in the end, you're now fitter, stronger, better at Game and Frame and ready for the next chapter of your life. And you know how to not fuck things up.

It is possible but it takes alot of work and time from both sides, but if there isn't a legit bond and connection it won't work and it will be a waste of time and energy. It is also very rare to stay steady afterwards, so eventually you'll end up with more fucked up shit. Therefore you just leave it like that and move on. And AWALT. Women love oppurtinastically while men love logically.
