How to overcome it?

I'd like to gain some serious experience by establishing my own company and becoming a little entrepreneur (even if just for the experiences' sake) or take up a new hobby (e.g. guitar, photography etc.).

But then these thought come over - you're 20 already, way too old for this shit, your university begins soon and you will not have time anyway, you will cash out big $$$ for nothing, better buy yourself a new phone or some other useless shit. Basically I do nothing because I think too much and am afraid I will lose my hard earned money on a misplaced investment or misplaced factors of production I will not utilize anyway.

Another serious problem I have is that my mind is actually blank when it comes to things to do. I listed hobbies - photography and guitar. But it's not like I crave to try it or even want to try it too much. I am in a constant state of wanting nothing ang being excited by nothing. All I want to do is lay under a tree in the forest and chill in the nature. Is it normal or did my 1-year-long depression (ended in about March / April) left me fucked up in the head permanently?
