I work at an art exhibition where we have to give tours. I'll call the guy in question A.

He likes to tool people. For one, he will play pranks on people, and then laugh in a way that makes them look as though they've just been burned hard (visually framing himself as the superior male).

He also constantly overrules people on points where he is talking nonsense (but plausible nonsense), and presses his point by framing them as the ones who are incorrect. He has successfully angered one superior in this way, because he kept interrupting the man's explanations of artifact history in front of female visitors to imply his own dominance. The man now has beef with A and insists that A 'get out of his sight' when he is around.

Using these two and more methods of tooling others, he goes out of his way to make fellow coworkers people look like fools, whether or not there is anybody else around.

He isn't gay (he constantly hits on all women, especially attached ones, and sleeps with numerous prostitutes) but he constantly touches other guys in the workplace (tickling erogenous spots on the palms when shaking hands, grabbing our asses). He will pinch our nipples, and complain ('It's differeeeeent from butt') when people pinch him back. No one apart from the one superior has really taken action against him, in the way that 'he is just annoying like that'.

I came across some articles stating that touch was a way of asserting dominance (?) so I tried testing him by grabbing his brow out of the blue as an experiment. He actually got angry and told me he would slap me, citing that he had some Muslim religious reason whereby people were not allowed to touch his head. When I pressed further as to what the term was called, he refused to explain and buried his head in his phone.

I'm thoroughly confused by his behavior. I can't leave the workplace for another year due to legal obligations, so I am looking for a stable way of dealing with him.

I'm primarily annoyed when he deliberately tools me (even when nobody is around), and his double standards about touch (I do not want him to constantly impose dominance over me with it). I have no idea what an appropriate course of action is.
