Hey guys, this may be a long post for some so I'll leave a TLDR on the bottom.

I'm 23 years old and discovered TRP ~4 years ago after a break up with a LTR (typical story I know). Since then I've slept with 20-30 women, may not be a lot to some but they were mostly FWBs that lasted a long time (1-2 years) or ONS. Anyways, back then, I used TRP to sleep with as many girls as possible. You can even say I faked alpha and just used these strategies for this sole purpose... and it worked.

I stopped lurking on TRP for the past couple years. Now I am working for my family business, which I enjoy and gives me ambition to be better for myself and my family. I took on new hobbies like golfing ( I golf every weekend or every other weekend). And I've been lifting consistently 4-5x a week now. So basically my life is basically work, lift, golf, socializing with friends and family. And I feel like I've never had this much purpose or happiness in my life.

However, while I am doing the things that I enjoy right now, I rarely have time to meet/sleep with new women. I also have zero plates right now and haven't had sex in about 8 months. This is the longest I've gone without sex since I was a virgin.

Not being able to have sex isn't the problem for me. There is a girl I know I can hit up right now to meet at my place (old plate). I use dating apps to fuck around and to boost my self esteem (just being honest). But, whenever I get a girl down to meet up, I either ghost or flake because I have no time in my schedule. Btw, I also live with my brother who works from home so planning things are tough too. I also do jerk off, but very minimally. (Maybe once or twice every 2 weeks).

So basically my question is, are any of you guys are in the same boat? Am I just in a different phase of TRP in which pussy is no longer the end game?

TLDR: I used TRP to sleep with as many girls as possible. Now that I've done that, I am on my purpose in terms of my career, hobbies, health, and friends/family relationships. Due to this I have no time to meet new girls/sex. Anyone else going through this?
