It just reiterates stuff you find here. It's a lot more sugar coated and it focuses more on males taking the power back than on female hypergamy. It may also help you understand if you are BP, how you came to be BP.

I am currently reading The Book of Pook and I like it more.

I am going to read The Rational Male next.

Yes if you put in the mental work required for change. Outside things can inspire change but it's not magic. It doesn't do anything on its own.
