I am a bit on the stoned side and i just had this thought. Are R&B singers alpha? I'm not talking about the borderline feminine ones like MJ but more along the lines of Trey Songz, R. Kelly, NeYo, etc. Even the old school ones like Marvin Gaye. Something about being able to sing soulfully is very attractive to women. It's almost like as close as you can get to speaking directly to a person's soul. It's very feminine but masculine at the same time. Especially if you exhibit some sort of bad boy persona and you can sing on top of it. Instant panty dropper lmao
