Text game needs serious work. For starters:

Avoid asking questions as much as possible.
Keep texts short(er than hers).
Too chatty. Should close sooner.
Don't be a tryhard/too friendly/nice.
Assert meetup. THEN assert # close if she doesn't already send it to you after she agrees to meetup.

The one okay thing you did though is you teased her and created a potential inside joke by calling her "granny". Do more of that, but in person.
