Background: I am a guy in my early 20s and yesterday I met a friend, May (Name changed) - girl in her early 20s after a long time. We were attending a common friend's surprise birthday party and May asked me for a ride, which I agreed for.

Situation: It was 40 minutes ride from my home to the party and May's home was on the way. From her home it was only 15 minutes drive. So, I have some sort of motion sickness problem that sometimes hit me while driving and makes me feel nauseous. To help make me feel better I had turned the AC of my car on at a medium fan speed with normal car temperature and I reached her home where I found her waiting outside for me. She jumped in and not more than 3 minutes would have passed when she, without asking me or telling me just switched the AC off and changed the song. I looked at her to know why she did that but she was just watching out of the window. I switched on the AC again because I was feeling nauseous and something in her snapped. She immediately turned towards me and switched the AC off and started asking me to explain why I was turning the AC back on when she had switched it off earlier. She said she was feeling cold and do not want AC at the moment. I asked her to shut off the AC vent of her side and turned all the central vents towards me so she does not come in direct contact of the air from AC. But, no she does not want me to switch the AC on in my own car because she is feeling cold and this was after I had told her I was feeling nauseous because of my problem. But still she kept raising her voice till we reached the party and I was wondering all the time that why was I even listening to her when I could've asked her to come by herself, but I don't know why I drove her all the way to party while feeling uncomfortable and nauseous. I was prepared to not give her a ride back, but she hurt her feet while dancing and my friends requested me to help her as it was already late and she was injured as well. I again agreed to give her a ride along with one of our other friend who was going to stay the night at May's place. I was happy she was not going to trouble me now since she was sleeping on the rear seats. But guess what she wants this time!?

She was feeling nauseous this time and blaming it on alcohol. She wanted us to switch the AC on, but this time it was really cold as it was raining outside. We stopped at the light and I looked at her to understand about the situation and drama she was causing the last time I was in the same situation and to my surprise she was looking back at me with a smirk as if she knew I was going to look at her. I felt disgusted and angry.

I know the situation isn't a big deal, but I just want to know how do some of these women turn out to be like this and if there's anything we can learn from this.

Thank you in advance!
