This may be the worst book recommended on the red pill.

It's essentially red pilled concepts under different terminology in order to be digestible for blue-pilled men. I wouldn't blame you for being confused. Read the rational male books and you won't ever need this.

TRP preaches being open to the possibility of getting hurt, but not being affected by it. Not being afraid of rejection (but not shutting yourself off from trying). Being outcome independent (but still creating relationships with other people) and so on.

As far as my experience reading the book, Mark explains exactly what it means by "being vulnerable". And it's not about dumping your emotions on a chick or Being a victim to shield oneself from hurt.

It's essentially an abundance mentality thing, knowing who and how you are and being okay expressing that.

He meant 'take risks'. Expose yourself.

When you open a girl, you are taking the risk of being rejected, you made yourself vulnerable. It is a demonstration of strenght, not of weakness.

You have to be strong enough to let yourself get hit, instead of hiding from your fears/desires.

The book is a gold mine, providing almost a step-by-step guide to build a life worth living.

I don't get all the hate on this book. Manson isn't saying be a little crybaby. He's saying don't be afraid to express yourself honestly even if you risk being rejected i.e. don't seek approval because that's beta behavior.

TRP advocates this same principle, but calls it other things (frame, DGAF, etc.)

I found it trash after all the other sidebar and RP reading. Check out book of pook. That was actually a fun and short read. Be Vulnerable, would be simply pushing the edge of your comfort zone. It's fine if you fuck up or shit isn't as expected the point is you defeat the thing in you. Tbh, as long as you head in the right direction you can pretty much do anything.

Being vulnerable in these terms would mean being in your frame. Knowing what you feel and want, and being willing to express it and being ok with the fact if it's a need, it may not get met due to their inability or just not caring. Not getting butt hurt about what the response is, and owning the fact rather they like, don't like, can, can't, agree, disagree with what it is you communicated about your frame, it's yours and you own it and aren't ashamed of it.

Women test to see if you are ashamed of your frame, they try to make you insecure about your frame, they do this by testing to see if you will be willing to even tell them your frame(vulnerable) and also if your willing to change your stated frame.

Being vulnerable = open yourself up to be taken advantage of and being perceived/start acting like a bitch.
