I always try to condom fuck when it's a new girl. Only after I get to know her & ask these questions will I think about risking unprotected sex.

Most people are. Women this day in age from middle class upwards have regular gyno appointments and freak out if there is an ingrown hair in their public region. Not to say you shouldn't take precautions but if you make a joke about not having any incurable STDs and gauge her reaction, that's the most honest answer you will get.
