If you are neither you should get big first.

I've been both, you'll be happier having a larger mass frame and the girlies prefer it as well. I think they feel more 'protected' hanging onto the arm of a bigger guy.

Lean with decent definition will attract most girls id say, but some girls are into big dudes (muscular big that is).

No point in being "shredded zyzz brah" if u look small in clothes and can't bench your shadow. Aim for a 15% body fat physique where you're abs still show under your fat

I've been both. I know I get more attention when I bulk up. But all in all it doesn't matter as long as you are in decent shape and have some level of game

Get big first and then lean out. You spend 90% of your time wearing clothes, which tends to hide muscular definition.
