Today I broke down in front of my LTR.

For the first time in almost 2 years my LTR actually broke it off with me. It took me by surprise. Usually I'm the making the calls on that. She's usually the one that come crawling back to me after I break up with her.

After fighting about some problems in our LTR, she just decides to call it. At first I thought it was a bluff but then it grew on me that shes actually serious. I've never seen her so sure about it. Apparently shes been doing a lot of thinking ever since i broke up with her for my selfish reasons and got back together.

I started to break down in front of her. I was taken back by it plus I was in a vulnerable spot. I was under slept, stressed out because of finals week, and I hadn't eaten anything but protein shake after going to the gym 8 hours ago. All of these added up can really make me moody like a girl. And to be honest I was just having a very pussy moment.

I consider myself as an alpha around her. Usually when i do break frame is, its when i get mad and lose my temper, but i have never broke down in front of her before. As soon as I realized what was happening I quickly got my frame together, but I think it was too late. After leaving the her house I knew I fucked up. I felt like I left my balls back at her house and she knows I left without it.

She's a great person and LTR, I don't want to lose another chance with her because of some moment of weakness. I actually feel for her now since I've gotten to taste the medicine I've been giving her our entire relationship.

So I need some advice on what to do. I can't seem like I'm unaffected by her decision. It's my turn to be the beggar and ask for her back. I've been using way to much dread game on her (and being an asshole to be honest) that she snapped.

So how do I go about this? I need to know how to show my betaness, but the right way. Ever since I went Redpill I never had much problems applying them. But now I feel like I lost my ability to be emphatic towards her feelings.

I know girls are very primal about showing weakeness. I've heard stories on here about guys showing weakness and girls does a complete 180 on how they feel about them. Does that apply with every girl?
