Freeze some sperm (not guaranteed to work). Vasectomies can be reversed, but not guaranteed. So you have some risk involved if you really don't want to wear a condom.

Didn't work when my brother tried.

A friend of my mine, a doctor, told me that what often happens is that the body realises the sperm is being reabsorbed and stops producing it after a couple of years. So you can't even extract it in that case.

A vasectomy doesn't affect your sexual performance or testosterone in any way. Some women feel less excitement knowing they can't get accidentally pregnant from you; others are turned on by the comfort of no risk of pregnancy.

Having a vasectomy was the second best thing I have ever done. The first was having kids. So if you don't have all the kids you want already, freeze your sperm just in case.

Pre-ejaculate (or precum) is largely made up of secretions from the bulbourethral glands but contain trace amounts of sperm; hence, why pulling out is often ineffective as a form of contraception.

A vasectomy is exactly as its name implies: surgical separation of the vas deferens, which are basically tubes that deliver sperm from the epididymus of each testicle to the urethra. In a vasectomy reversal, the surgeon reconnects the cut vas deferens. Barring complications from surgery or healing (eg, scarring), vasectomy may be reversed. Additionally, there are assistive reproductive technologies available, though I’m not sure if they’d be available in your area. For example, in cystic fibrosis, patients have congenital absence of the vas deferens; however, sperm instead may be extracted from the testicles and insemination performed.

With all of this said, please discuss vasectomy and reversal with your primary care physician, as I am still in training and not yet a doctor, not have I personally evaluated you.

Note that if you do get a vasectomy, sperm may remain viable within the male genitourinary tract for up to 6 months, so you’ll still need to use an additional form of contraception during this time.

Possibly the shorter after the vasectomy the more likelihood of success.
