Quit porn, take 50mg Zinc every single day, drink A LOT of water consistently every day, stretch and lift regularly, quit smoking.

I had this happen and it tends to cause a negative feedback loop. Went to my doctor, he gave me Viagra, but I have never used it nor had the problem again since. I was 21 when it happened a few times in a row and I'm 22 now. Knowing that I had an automatic boner (by having Viagra ready) did the trick for me along with improving my health.

Do you get hard when you jerk off? Probably, so it's not a blood flow issue, meaning it's all in your head. Porn can be a huge factor though so quit immediately.

You aren't giving yourself the best chance if you are smoking weed and alcohol.

Improve your fitness-it will also have positive mental effects.

In the meantime, buy yourself some on-line viagra or cialis.

You may not need a full tablet, so get a pill-cutter.

Then give your lady a good session (but remember to go easy on her).

Finally-you must give up the porn and the fapping.

My guess is it was psychological. This was going to be your first time? You likely started overthinking everything and junior responded accordingly.

Here ya go: straight from my doc when I had a similar problem - If you can jerk off, it's not your dong or your gnads. They're fine. The problem is between your ears.
