Carousel Damage?

This is more a theory question. And something I've been wondering.

I'm not as "red-pilled" as most would say. But if a man can change from blue pill to more masculine why can't woman change from blue pill to more feminine?

I understand you can't unsuck cocks but the idea that women can't better themselves in the way we do doesn't seem right.

Can carousel damage be undone?
